Arby's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I went to this Arby's and accidentally gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill instead of a one and she kept it. When I was leaving the drive through, she kept looking at me and so I lowered my window to see why. She said she forgot to give me my sauce and handed one to me, but very weirdly. I didn't go anywhere else and the next day went through my wallet realizing I was missing 100 dollars. I thought through my day, and that was the only place I went to. I thought about how weird our interaction was and I realized what happened. She was going to be honest but changed her mind at the last second (keep in mind I already had the sauces I needed in the bag before she gave me the others). When I talked to the manager, she was nice enough and showed me the register differences from the previous day. I said it wouldn't be in there, it'd be in her pocket. The manager said that there's no way this employee would do this, she's worked there for seven years and no complaint. I said maybe she was having an off day and did something unusual from her normal behavior. I was told to come back but it was obvious they thought I was crazy or something. On top of it, all of my food was cold. I ordered jalapeño bites and a turn over. This place has ruined my orders so many times that I don't know why I ever go back, mostly lack of options I suppose. I just know I spent over 100 bucks on bad food that I'm not getting back. The 100 bucks that is, I'm surprised I didn't get the food back. Was not a good visit! I came in and 4 customers had ordered and waiting on food. There was 3 customers in front of me waiting to order. Then it took them 20 minutes to even take our order. but we watched them continue to take drive up orders-coming in after us as they ignored us. No one even spoke to any of us, that they even seen us. All of the employee in the back were walking around SLOW NOT DOING A THING. One girl sneezed on food not covering her face. Two customers after me walked out. Then when we got our food and sat down, one of your evening employees(guy) was laying down on the long bench sleeping and stayed there the whole time we ate ( in uniform). Don't come here at night. Never get order correct at night. Both me and the driver in front of Mr at 930 pm went back in to get our food corrected. I ordered chicken bacon Swiss no lettuce, tomato, or mustard. Just the chicken baccon and swiss. Well everything was on it. Then I get toy cheese sticks and they weren't even cooked. Looked like they were dropped in the dryer for like 30 seconds. Still solid cheese in middle and tasted nasty. Plus I had to ask for my drink before pulling away.
