I would rate the service zero stars if i could. I had ordered a meal and had asked for 6 PC chicken tenders. I received instead, 6 mozzarella sticks. This was not a big deal. The lady at the cash register came out as I waited, and asked if everything was okay. I stated the wrong item and asked her if she would like the mozzarella sticks back. She informed me that it was okay and that it was her mistake. (She told me to keep them which was generous but not expected) I pulled back as the cashier exiting for her smoke break informed me to do and the "Manager" asked for the mozzarella sticks back. Mind you, this was not my mistake and I was told I could keep them, as it was not my fault. Clearly so she could eat them herself. It didn't look like she needed anything more to eat but who am I to judge... (Small, bigger lady with very short black hair) My son just went, mind you it's been over a month, and he asked for Arby's sauce, we received none. He asked for a kids meal that we did not receive. The cashier got irritated that he ordered different menu items out of order and told him next time, he needs to order the food in the order of the menu????????? He merely apologized. I wouldn't of been so accepting of the request. Seeing as how he read the order according to the individuals requesting food...This does not need to be in a specific order, period. I worked fastfood a while ago but I know the first rule is that, "the customer is always right." Clearly the management here is atrocious and the employees follow the example of their leadership. These are not the 1st negative encounters we've had here but they are the first/last I'll be posting. We will not be coming back. This "restaurant" is a final resolution and only for those seeking immediate food service. Please be warned that your request nor your presence will be appreciated, respected, or accommodated. They have the obvious appearance of a self serving and self gratifying company that should not be in management nor running a company in general. This is what you get from ordering from a low grade, mediocre, poor management, location. Unfortunately, this is the kind of staff that is being accepted all over. Arby's has really fallen off the map and it's apparent why. Individual's seek food for immediate gratification when work is heavy that day or parents need a quick outlet from a long work day. I recommend you seek food services elsewhere. This place in particular is not worth the 1/2...
Read moreWORST FOOD EVER! I've decided I'm not visiting Arby's anymore. It's been going downhill for a while. And this whole year, everytime I eat there, I get sick. My stomach bloats up like I'm nine months pregnant, turns rock hard, hurts terribly and cramps violently.
Today, I was so hungry, I decided to risk it because I live very close to it. The service has drastically declined. My order gets messed up frequently, the person working the drive-thru often has a bad attitude and isn't afraid to show it. But the food is what really did it for me.
Today, I got my usual, a large Jamocha shake with extra chocolate syrup, a large curly fry, and two classic roast beef sandwiches on onion buns. The shake is the only thing that doesn't upset my stomach, but when it got handed to us, it didn't have any chocolate sauce on it and they told us they don't do that anymore. That's the major thing that differentiates them from every other fast food place! Why would they do that? It really elevated their shakes! On that basis alone, I won't go back.
Fries: My fries were BLAND! I took a good look and, as you can see by my picture, they looked pale! There was ZERO flavor! That flavoring that's normally there is completely non-existent, and there wasn't even any salt either. It basically tasted like greasy potato with no flavor at all.
Sandwiches: I bit into the first one and it was more rubbery than usual. Those of us old enough to remember Arby's from decades ago know that the meat we're given today IS NOT THE SAME as we were fed way back when, back when it actually tasted like roast beef and wasn't an off-putting texture! But what I had today was horrible! I gagged down the rubbery sandwich, but the first bite of my second sandwich was immediately spit out! It tasted rancid and slightly chemically. I have had a few bad experiences at this location but live nearby and thought I would try again well shame on me for that decision! I ordered the half pound roast beef and 4 piece mozzarella sticks there was no one in line as soon as I got to the window my food was already ready! I began to drive home at a red light decided to start on my mozzarella sticks cause I love them hot but ended up a not! The cheese wasn’t even melted they were horrible lord knows how long they had been sitting! Got home went to get my sandwich out of the bag and the sandwich almost fell out of the box, what the hell the box was wet I opened it and the beef was water logged blew my mind ! So I called the restaurant and when they answered all they said was hello ! I thought I called a wrong number so I asked is this Arby’s the girl said yes it is I asked for the manager she said one minute then in seconds a women says thank you for calling Arby’s on west state it was the same voice so I said isn’t this the same person that just answered she laughed and said yes I’m sorry I said u was trying to be slick her name was Myra! When I told her the situation with my food she told me the cheese sticks were probably old and then I heard her ask an employee if they were soaking the beef in water I couldn’t hear the answer but she said Omg I’m so sorry I can replace ur meal when ever you like !!
