B. Antonio's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I am not sure what has happened but the Meijer road location is slipping in customer service. We order cayyout and delivery a lot. We have had to switch 100% to carryout due to delivery of food and what should be included is extremely inconsistent. We have had issues with delivery and missing dressing for all salads ordered, after a 20min argument (most of that time was with the manager, or so we were told it was the manager) about 4 cups of dressing it finally arrived. We live 2.2 miles away, but delivering 4 cups of dressing and correcting the error was apparently too much for the 3 drivers staffed that night. Switch to pickup, both times missing bread sticks with the salads. I caught it the 2nd time, but not the first time so we went w/out, heaven forbid we call and ask for missing bread sticks to be delivered, we didn't need another 20min argument. We have submitted 2 issues with the app Toast to b'antonios and have not heard a peep back about addressing issues. In these crazy times where people don't want to eat out or are exhausted from hearing about Covid and just want food delivered, I would think this establishment would be more on point, especially if Indiana ever goes back to carry-out or delivery only. We will still order, BUT carryout only since we have to patrol our own...

Update 9/10/18 We recently ordered B.Antonio's after MUCH hesitation. It had been a year so we thought we'd give them a second chance. Plus, we had family from out of town and an easy dinner was just what we needed. Uh HUGE MISTAKE! Ordering by phone was simple enough. My husband goes and picks it up, not more than literally 2 min from the house... Only to bring semi warm pizza, AND the ENTIRE wrong order!! Our family doesn't eat beef and halfway through everybody's first piece, we realized that it was loaded with Pepperoni!!!! I was so MAD! Plus, I had to order a separate meal for a person with a NO dairy restriction. They totally gave us a salad covered in cheese instead of her sandwich. Total Disaster!! Not to mention we had family visiting and we're depending on them to get this right. Just ABYSMAL!! We're done with this place!! (*Management was kind enough to refund this disaster. That was the ONLY solace).

We usually frequent this establishment quite often. Within the last few months food and service has been disappointing. We went on a Thursday night around 7pm. We walked in and 75% of tables were empty but still had food and plates on them. We squeezed 5 people into a small booth. We ordered drinks which had black specks of not sure what in them. Plates were brought out that still looked dirty and greasy. Breadsticks were not cooked and still dough. We let them know stated they would bring new ones out. We waited recieved our pizza which was soggy as well. Then we finally got our breadsticks after we were all done with pizza. Only 1 waitress while at least 6 people in the kitchen. She was overwhelmed and not one person helped her. When we left the same tables were still sitting dirty when we walked in. Kitchen staff eating and messing around while we were paying our bill.
