Absolutely the worst management I have EVER experienced in my life. After having to personally stop a manager to even get them to acknowledge our existence, after having to return our food already once… Then getting our food for the second time and it still being incorrect. Not one time did they personally come up to us directly and try to mend the situation. Instead, once we personally stopped her, she insisted that we close our tap and leave for one reason only, us complaining about them not being able to provide our correct food or even being about to personally come help us with the situation?
Once we stopped her and she told us to leave. She then went and got another manager and told us to leave and never come back. I’m not going to go into every detail, but bottom line the situation that happen yesterday would never never happened if your manager(s) (which I’m pretty sure one was a GM, round of Applause on that one too) would have done their job. They completely avoided us and didn’t even address any these situation like they should of. No customer should have to stop a manager for a situation she was completely aware about but chose to take other unnecessary actions and kick people out for what, her poor management?
In my personal opinion, if your managers could of done their job knowing customers weren’t happy with their food after two complete mess ups on there kitchen staffs part. All of this, could have been avoided. Let’s also talk about after all of this, them threatened the cops, and never once allowing us to even get to explain ANYTHING. I asked both of your managers, if they would even like to know the situation of what is going on since they never even addressed or asked, and their response was “no, I don’t really care”

Was offered a new order. I declined, my wife and I didn't want to be there any longer it had already been 2 hours to get a 16 wings and a couple sides, we really didn't want to waste another hour or more most likely getting warm food again. It was my wife's birthday. I did speak to a manager that was worthless. She said they were telling carryout orders that it would be about 2 hours. And they were doing orders as received. Meaning we could have waited at home in a Covid free environment doing what ever we wanted instead of stuck sitting in there waiting 2 hours. I also said if we were told it was a 2 hour wait for 2 orders we would of left. I would think people visiting the place should be a of a bit more catered to taking the time to dine in sitting in a covid environment. But the kicker of it all was getting the warm just about cold food. How did that happen?? Are food just sitting there. The couple behind us had there food and was just about done by the time we received ours. We at a few pieces boxed it up and will microvalve it later. Had a really bad time and experience. The waitress agreed with us on how wrong this was. My wife said we waited closer to 30 min to be seated. Every one was avoiding I contact. Read moreTotal disappointment during this visit. Has typically been a decent place. Stopped in after softball on Friday night to celebrate the end of season. We were seated quickly and they weren't real busy at 9:00 pm. Our server got us our drinks and took our order. The cheese curds came out quicker than refried beans at a Mexican restaurant! If it was longer than 2 minutes I'd be shocked! Sounds great, right? Wrong! They take longer than that to fry which told me they were already sitting there and were re-dropped in the grease to reheat. The exterior was dark dark brown and looked saturated in grease. From that point on it was 42 minutes to get 10 boneless wings, a cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich. I counted 8 tables with customers and 90% already had there food. After 30 minutes the server stopped by and said, "It'll just be a few more minutes." Five minutes later she stopped again and said, "It'll be about another 5 minutes. Just waiting on your patties." How can it possibly take this long? If you're short on help let me know that. But don't make me believe a chicken patty and chicken nuggets take 30 minutes to cook and two smashburger patties take 40 minutes. When the food arrived the nuggets were half sauced and the garlic parm ones looked as though they had been sitting under the heat lamp for 40 minutes. My daughter took two bites of her sandwich and said, "I don't like BDubs because the chicken always tastes like the fries. It all tastes the same and I don't like it." The server didn't return for 8 minutes so I had to wait to ask for extra sauce for the chicken nuggets. $75 plus tip. Yeah, can't see me going back...
