Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Ah, Burger King. The land of flame-grilled goodness and the home of the Whopper - the king of burgers, and probably the king of my heart too.

When I walked into Burger King, I knew I was in for a treat. The smell of sizzling burgers and crispy fries hit me like a ton of bricks (in the best way possible). It was like the scent of pure happiness wafting through the air.

And let's talk about the burgers themselves. They're like works of art, crafted by burger geniuses who know just the right balance of meat, cheese, and toppings. The Whopper is like the Mona Lisa of burgers - a masterpiece that never fails to leave me speechless.

But it's not just the burgers that make Burger King great. Oh no. The fries are like crispy little sticks of pure joy. And don't even get me started on the onion rings - they're like little round pieces of heaven that have been blessed by the burger gods.

And the best part? You can eat all of this deliciousness while wearing a paper crown. I mean, how often do you get to feel like royalty while stuffing your face with burgers?

So if you're looking for a fast food experience that will make your taste buds dance with joy, then Burger King is the place for you. Long live the king...

I went there to order through the drive through. I was greeted promptly and asked for my order. I placed the order and sat in silence. After about a minute I got a response "What was it you ordered again?" So I clarified if they had gotten any of my order and they told me "No, she missed it". So I reiterated my order. After sitting there for another minute, they asked me to repeat my order again. I asked if they were able to hear me and they said yes, but she just missed the order. So I reiterated my order a 3rd time and got silence a 3rd time. Then asked for a 4th time to repeat my order. At this time I opted to just leave. As I was driving out of the drive through they all glared and threw up their hands like I should have been willing to repeat the order indefinitely. The whole time I was placing the order I could see 2 of the people who kept talking on the headsets outside talking to each other while smoking. Normally this place gives great service. But the team on 7/7/2025 at noon were abysmal and may have caused me to never return to this location. Really sad as I was a 2-3 times a week visitor there. Worst service I've received in a long time by people who obviously didn't...

Drive thru service is adequate, but for Pete's sake, I wonder if Corporate knows how unsightly the Spy Run location has become. I have never seen a Burger King look that bad before- WEEDS sprouting up everywhere, long grass and everything is unmanicured...Is the manager dead or out of town? Not to mention ever since they remodeled the restaurant the new landscaping is awful. Even with Time it's still never going to look good because they don't have enough deciduous plants, trees, bushes w some shape & body, large rocks etc to help anchor the space and give it a complete lush look.. particularly in the drive-thru menu area. No effort to beautify the space whatsoever. It just looks like a building naked on a sparse asphalt lot. If you don't believe me look at the landscaping north of it that the paint company takes care of where Spy Run & Clinton divide..World of difference. This is a neighborhood Burger King (?) If you want to draw in repeat customers, then give them more reasons to come back. Any experience adds up to several Little things that are major* People pick up on cues like...
