I was recommended to come here by some locals. So today we thought we would try it.
When we got to our booth the vinyl was torn and with holes. Okay I've been in places before that had not great Furniture but great food so we thought we'd give it a try. The server was very quick we ordered steak and chicken fajitas for two, an order of their nachos, and a plate of enchiladas.
When are food arrived the waiter said that we had chicken and shrimp fajitas. To which I replied I ordered steak and chicken and got more of a grunt back than a comment and not even an offer to take it back and fix it. Being that I don't eat seafood I looked through the fajitas for any pieces of chicken, there was no chicken. So I ordered steak and chicken and I got neither, I got shrimp. I did not complain anymore to the waiter he didnt respond to me very well when I first mentioned the order was wrong, I didn't think I'd get very far by complaining a second time.
At the end of The meal when the bill came I told the waiter we did not get the chicken and shrimp fajitas that were on the bill, we only had shrimp. I asked him if he could please adjust the price for only one meat. He picked up the bill and my card and said he was going to go talk to the manager. The manager, Mirna, came to the table and told me she could see a piece of steak in the fajitas, which were already in a container to go home with us.. I then took my hand and started moving all the fajitas from one side of the container to the other showing her there was no steak or chicken. At that point she insisted that we had it and they had cameras and could look at the cameras. I told her please go ahead, that we did not have steak or chicken in those fajitas. All I was asking for was an adjustment of the price down to a single meat fajita. While I was in the middle of a sentence and talking to her the manager picked up bill and the card and walked up to the front of the restaurant. I followed her and she was talking to another manager in a white shirt. Neither one of them would adjust the price, what what they wanted to do was to make us a whole new meal. We were already finished eating and ready to leave, a whole new me I would have just been wasting food.
I went ahead and paid the bill and asked to have a corporate number which they refused to give me.
The only positives over the whole thing was the Pepsi tasted good, the beans tasted good, and the service was decent. I don't know how this place gets 5 stars from other people because this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant and I eat out ALOT.
I really hope someone from their corporate office reads this and does something. It would even be nice if they contacted me. Being how their staff is in a restaurant I seriously doubt it. Their website says that they are there to make the customer experience a good one.
Well not for this customer.

Read moreMy wife and I met our two adult children at the restaurant. We were seated quickly and the place, as always, was clean and pleasant. The server was very nice and we placed our order. Like normal, our food was quick and was good. We enjoyed our meal and asked for two separate bills, one for is and one for the children. The bills came and I know the routine of taking my bill to the register. The children didn’t realize and handed their bill to the server which she processed. Once we were ready to go, I got up telling the wife and kids to give me a minute while I pay the bill. Once the bill was paid my wife and children walked from the table towards the exit where I was standing. The children left the signed copy of their bill on the table. The waitress approached my wife and said she needed to pay the bill to which she responded we did. She kept on her and I finally got involved telling the server that it was paid and we were leaving. I welcomed her in no uncertain manner to call the police if she thought otherwise. We proceeded to walk out to our vehicles parked behind the facility. We talked for a minute and said our goodbyes. I began to get in my vehicle and realized the server was standing behind me. She had followed me out back of the restaurant. She, yet again, told us we didn’t pay our bill. By this time I was furious and stomped back into the facility with the server in tow. As I was going in, I pulled my receipt out of my pocket and once inside slapped in on the counter in front of the gentleman standing there. I asked if he remembered me to which he said “yes”. I screamed for the manager and told her that these actions were uncalled for and the whole situation was NOT okay. The situation came to a quick end when my voice escalated enough to tell them that one receipt was on the table and the second is on the counter. The whole situation was profound and I’m beyond upset that I would be called a thief not once but twice. As a crowd of employees surrounded me, I finally looked one of them in the face and asked, “what’s next”. The gentleman had heard my, more than animated, loud explanation and now understood what was happening. He simply said that I could go and they would take care of it. I left deeply hurt and in a rage. I will never be back to this restaurant no matter how much I like the food. The manager did present an apology while looking at the register but the situation was too extreme and I told her “this whole situation...
Read moreWe eat at this location frequently.. and I am truly upset I feel like I need to leave such a dismal review.. but the owners truly need to hear what we experienced this evening (12/27/21).. generally service and food are top notch.. this time was AWFUL…we ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, 1 Cebolla’s Fajita, 1 large queso dip, and 3 Pepsi’s.. our quesadillas came in about 15 minutes after ordering.. my fajitas?? Didn’t even show up until everyone else in my party had eaten.. ADDITIONALLY the fajitas were not sizzling but luke warm when it was brought to the table.. the waiter was pleasant and kept apologizing for our food taking so long.. I went to the register and asked for the manager.. she came to the counter and wasn’t happy about it.. she kept LOUDLY saying “I do not want to hear anymore complaints”.. and then she LOUDLY told the staff, with multiple customers waiting to be seated to “STOP SEATING PEOPLE BECAUSE SHE WAS SICK AND TIRED OF THE COMPLAINTS”.., I was thinking WOW!! To act like that and say that to customers and staff??!!!! Well, she should have just comped our meal, but NO .. she proceeded to tell me we owed $58 for food that was sub par, cold, and delivered after the majority of our party had already eaten.. sorry.. I didn’t want cold food and didn’t really think I should be paying for cold food, delivered 30 Minutes later then the other meals.. the situation didn’t call for your manager to act the way she did and to address your customers and staff the way she did.. if I was the owner.. I would have terminated her on the spot.. it only takes one bad apple manager like that to totally sink your business.. I assure you, we will probably go to a different Mexican restaurant next time we go out to eat.. going out to eat should be a pleasant, fun, and delicious time.. not hostile, hateful and disrespectful like your evening manager was.. I was so disgusted by her attitude and actions.. I decided to leave this review.. I promptly paid the $58 she demanded.. but I will be going to my bank to stop payment on this meal.. I refuse to pay for such awful service… hopefully the owners read this and take prompt action to assure this doesn’t become the norm at...
