went into the mall today looking for matching bracelets for me girlfriend and I we walk into this establishment with no welcome from all 5 works sitting talking about their “sexual relationships” with us in the store but as we were looking at the bracelet we saw ones we liked but decided they weren’t a good fit so after trying them on and putting them back we leave and get followed out by a girl with pink and black hair yelling to return the bracelet that is on my left wrist after lifting my sleeve to show there was nothing there she then speaks up and says “well it’s on camera” as i just showed i had nothing in my person. to put the cherry on top she then said i’m no longer welcome in the store ever again after doing nothing. will never be back to this dump that treats people like...

i normally have a good experience when i come in this store but today was different. me and my boyfriend went in here looking for matching bracelets, we found some that looked cute but decided against them, put them back, and walked out. not even 30 seconds later we have a worker who has pink and black hair chasing us out of the store with an ipad in her hands (her name is cheyenne.) with camera footage up saying “the guy in the grey sweatshirt return the bracelet on your left wrist.” so my bf lifts his sleeves, there’s NOTHING there. then she gets obviously mad knowing she was in the wrong and says “it’s on camera” and walks away. i’ve worked in retail for 5 years (im 22) and i’ve always been told we are not allowed to chase people out and accuse them of stealing. we went back inside to show her the bracelet that we put back and she just tells us we’re not allowed in anymore and says “goodbye” and continues to say “it’s on camera.” will never be going back also not sure why our reviews keep getting taken down because these are nothing...

Horrible experience I got yelled at by the manager because she sold me the wrong stuff I even told her befor she check me out and then said she couldn’t do anything about it. That it is to bad for me. this a bad experience won’t be back for sure .. never have had an experience like this one she was even on the phone the hole time instead helping guess out.in this pic were I see 40 bucks worth. I don’t think so and when I told her I would like different Mystery bag .she said she only had one .so I told her to go ahead but then at check out said they had a lot more in the back. I guess I had to buy what she wanted me to then went to the back and open the closed bag then proceeded to check me out after I told her I don’t do cig anything with cig in it.
