Its sad at how I was treated today. I went through the line fine and food was fine, but as I approached the register to pay, I asked about refills and why we can't get refills. The cashier whose name is Jishelle, told me it was because of Covid 19 and not being able to reuse cups. At the same time she is telling me this, one of the cooks comes up with his cup, dumps out his pop in his cup in the fountain drain and then puts ice in it and refills his cup that he's been using since who knows when. So as I'm paying g I told the cashier that he needed to get a new cup because Refills are not allowed. She got extremely rude and said we can refill our cups because it comes with our employee meal... like seriously, I am buying a drink and should be allowed refills. But the sign says NO Refills, so that goes for employees too... so then she continued to be super rude and be disrespectful when all I did was point out that that employee should not have refilled his cup if there are no refills allowed... like honestly just get a new cup, i understand the drink is part of the employee meal. I used to be a cook for Panda Express when they first opened here... but its sad how rude employees are with customers here at the Coldwater...
Read moreJust ordered a family meal for delivery and spent $60. It was just left outside on the porch...no knock to alert us or anything. That's ok. We were missing one of the entrees (orange chicken) No big deal, right?
I call them to see if I can just run over there and get it (I didn't expect them to re-deliver, I totally understand that). They said they needed the receipt. I told her that there was no receipt in the bag or in the box, but I have the one in my phone. She told me that "it's impossible" and that they "ALWAYS put it in the bag". Well, obviously someone didn't put it in the bag. She took my phone number and says she'd call me back "later", after she looks at the video tape. I said, "Wait, LATER?! We're trying to eat!"
They still haven't called me back and now they're closed.
Never again will I order from them. They can keep that...
Read moreTerrible experience yet again. Previous visit took well over 30 minutes to prepare and get to me. The employee working at the time even acknowledged the long wait time and gave me 2 free entree coupons as compensation. Today I went to try and redeem said coupons only to have senior employee working act as if I had stolen the coupons and would only let me use one because the expiration date (which I saw crossed out by the employee who gave it to me) wasn't valid. Seems this location has really gone down hill. I suggest visiting a standalone restaurant if you really want it. I definitely won't be...
