I attempted to make a return and I was basically accused of stealing the item that I brought back because I didn't have a bag or a receipt. Even though the item does not work how it's supposed to and I just asked for an exchange and did not ask for my money back, they still refused to help me. I had the original debit card that I used to pay for the item, and the item still had the sticker on it from the store. I attempted to call and ask to speak to the owner and I was told that I wasn't allowed to know when the owner was available so that I could solve the problem. I will never return to this store again.
