I attempted to make a return and I was basically accused of stealing the item that I brought back because I didn't have a bag or a receipt. Even though the item does not work how it's supposed to and I just asked for an exchange and did not ask for my money back, they still refused to help me. I had the original debit card that I used to pay for the item, and the item still had the sticker on it from the store. I attempted to call and ask to speak to the owner and I was told that I wasn't allowed to know when the owner was available so that I could solve the problem. I will never return to this store again. Great little New Age-style store, and even if you're not into New Age stuff there's a lot of cool things to look at. They have great prices on incense and candles, plus a wide selection of incense burners. There are definitely cheaper places to get crystals, but you can't beat the selection - they have a variety of tumbled and raw crystals and crystal jewelry available. They also have statues (everything from faeries to Egyptian gods), jewelry, ornate boxes, and bugs encased in resin. The store smells magical! It's a very inviting atmosphere, ecspecially to those that love nature, magic, or have a boho, hippie style. You can find incense, incense burners, crystals, stones, dream catchers, jewelry, clothing, oils, perfumes, windchimes, sage for smudgings / to burn, and much more, very interesting store & though it's not a huge store, it's a store that I could spend a long time in.
