1/26/2024: I would love to update my Review for you guys because I'm just gonna assume, the Barista was having a bad morning that day, which is fine, everyone has those days. I have gone back at least 3 times now and she seemed to be happier those times. She was awesome in recommending drinks to me since I had a hard time choosing AND the service is so much better to where I'm tipping more!! Thank you for a positive experience and as long as I keep getting it, I will keep going back!! ☺️

7 months ago: My Husband & I decided to stop in because the original Coffee Shop that we were going to wasn't open. Anywho, big mistake on my part for even suggesting this place. We ordered and the black girl who wears a white bandana that was helping us CONVENIENTLY FORGOT my Food because I didn't leave a tip when I paid. I'M NOT FORCED TO LEAVE 1, and usually I do, but so glad that I didn't this time around. Anyway, 1 of the other gals working behind the counter grabbed my food, and when the black girl grabbed my husband's food, she slammed the plate and silverware down on the table that we were sitting at. With that kind of attitude, I don't want to come back. I get that it sucks working at a place that you can get tipped at but didn't receive any with a transaction, I've been there. No need to throw a temper tantrum over it when it's up to the Customer to tip or not. If you don't like your job, find a new one where you would...

Update after drinking drink not the best mocha longe does better but they do also got one girl there who acts spun out incompetent lol all the other girls are decent there but ya blonde girl there is either messing up basically every visit but still turns out better than this the drink was not the worst I ever had but the 2nd Last time I got a drink worse than this from united coffee but I think they had a young women fiddling with machine and messed up calibration then sold me latte that tasted like trash but every other time they make perfect drinks but I did throw that one in trash this one I drank just think it was truly 3 star just to be nice really 2 My experience nice spot 1st time coming Figured I'd get a Brighter day cause safelite canceled my appointment after needed it lol Then black lady don't acknowledge me or say hi She just looks at computer screen for awkward moment until I speak up first saying hello Then I also have to say awkward yes I would like the latte Like what is going on? The food, pastries, and coffee were all delicious. However, behind the counter it's complete chaos. There is no order in how the staff prepare drinks. From my perspective, I saw a bunch of tickets laid out on the counter and then one guy just randomly picking one and making the drink. To further emphasize this point, my best friend and I ordered the same drink. She was able to receive her drink within a reasonable time. However, customers before us and after us all received their orders before I got my drink. Another concern I noticed was how they left exposed food out on ledge. For reference, the ledge is on the customer side of the counter and designed for people to "pick up" their order. During the current pandemic, I feel as though like there should be a better method than this. There's too much access for potential airborne droplets from other customers to feel comfortable. Then after 5 minutes of nobody claiming the sandwiches, one lady from behind the counter lined them up on her arms and carried them outside. Again, having someone carry food so close to the body is also unnerving.

All in all, if you want a quality local cafe. This is a good choice so long as you don't mind a long and tedious wait and possible food...
