07 Pub — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Food was amazing, drinks were good but we kind of got taken with a few situations. The person taking our drink order misspoke on the drink special, we ordered what we were understanding was part of that. He came back a bit later and apologized, no problem, we all make mistakes. He asked if we still wanted those, come to find out they already made them. We felt bad making them just dump them out, so we said sure we'll still take them. But then they charged us the full drink price. So by no mistake of ours you made drinks we honestly didn't want once we found out they weren't on the special and rather than just charge us the special price since it was your mistake you make us pay full price. I guess we should have said we didn't want them. Next my wife ordered a burger that had peppers on it, but she wanted them well done. They then turned around and told us we'd be charged extra for the extra time on the grill, the place was not even close to full. Come to find out it was the owner that made that call. Not saying we won't be back but we'll think twice, kind of feels like we were being nickel and dimed. This is typically the sign of a place that's struggling to make ends meet. I...

We went to the 07 last night for the second time. I started my order with a plate of Mozzarella Sticks for the table. They're listed online but apparently no longer offered. No biggie & no one died.

According to the menu, the Tuesday special was ALL IPA beer $2 off." I noticed on my bill I was charged full price for my two Hopslam Ales. When I pointed this out to our server she replied that the Hopslam wasn't included in the special because it was 10% APV. I pointed to the card where it said "ALL IPAs were $2 off. She then mentioned it wasn't included because it was a limited offering. I again pointed out the special said ALL without any exclusions. She said she would go back and ask about the discrepancy.

When she came back, I was given a new bill and told "Since we didn't have the Mozzarella Sticks they're giving you $2 off on one of the IPAs.".... Excuse me but am I the only one that fails to see any...

Favoritism not withstanding, Anna is the bartender you need to have for a great experience. I will not backdown about the pizza. Overpriced and lacking in taste. However, the flatbread recommendation from Anna was outstanding. Take Pizza off the menu and go with flatbread.

Anna was outstanding. Mark (Owner) was friendly and courteous even after a less than a stellar review.

May have to come back for flatbread and drink, if the bartender named Anna is working.

The drinks weren’t made well and took forever to come. The appetizers beat our drinks by 8 minutes.

Fried pickles were good.

Onions rings tasted like the were frozen and fried. Nothing special.

Pizza I ordered (called everything) was not great. Tasted as if all of the ingredients were frozen and not fresh. Not what I would expect for a $19 price tag.
