Never again. Won't go to Burger King, Tim Hortons, whatever other restaurant chain is owned by this Corp. After waiting 10 minutes in their drive thru for the 2 cars in front of me I place my order. Drive up to the window and they ask if I had an order that was not mine. No biggie, mistakes happen. I say no I had... wait for it, a cheeseburger and small coke. That order already had got me an attitude upon ordering "that's all you want?...". Wasn't particularly hungry but I had a craving however I digress. So upon repeating my order they stated my order wasn't placed so could you repeat it? Third time saying a cheeseburger and small coke... so another 5 minutes goes by and the lady at the first window tells me I have to wait here because they didn't get my order and it wasn't ready... another 5 minutes and I'm annoyed. I look ahead and see the guy in front of me give back his bag and wait for the correct one. At this point I tell the girl who is looking right at me with an open window that I want to cancel my order. She looks at me like I'm speaking Latin. I say I again would like to cancel my order I've got to get back to work. She closes her window and starts punching in an order that couldn't have possibly come because the line hasn't moved in 20 minutes. Guy in front of me moves and I go to the next window. She asks me what I had. I gave my order again and told her I wanted to cancel.. We don't have that order. So I say for crying out loud this is my 4th time repeating this and evidently I have an attitude. Sir you don't need to have an attitude. Do you have a receipt? Ummm... no she didn't give me one. Well we don't show you being charged for a meal. My bank shows different. So ultimately a cheeseburger and small coke paid for, never received, 20 minutes and I am the one with the attitude but the 3 people I spoke to talked down to me like I'm an ignorant child. So never again. Congrats franchisee on scraping the bottom...
Read moreDon't get me wrong, I like a sloppy sandwich from time to time, but at a sit down restaurant, not a fast food place. Ordered the chicken cordon bleu and a bbq chicken sandwich. Got home, unwrapped the ccb and holy bejeezus there was a boatload of sauce! Thankfully I did not attempt to eat it while driving, I would have either had sauce all over myself and my car, or I would have ended up getting into an accident trying to prevent sauce from getting all over everything. I placed my order inside and somehow, when asked if I wanted grilled chicken or breaded chicken for the bbq, I'm most certain I said grilled. Got home and much to my surprise, it's breaded chicken. No offense to this specific locations breaded chicken, but I'm just not a fan of any breaded chicken from any restaurant. I especially stay away burger kings breaded chicken. I don't know if it's because they never change their frying oil or if it's because they fry the bejeezus out of at at like 450 degrees, but it's always extremely dark in color and always tastes burnt. I give this place 2 stars because you can't ever go wrong with a whopper, but expect to wait 10 minutes before getting your food after you...
Read moreWent Tuesday evening at approximately 8 pm. No one else was in dining. Had to beg someone to take my order. He then filled my soda order. We thought he’d return to take my friends order; however he just started working drive up mysteriously. Finally my friend got to order.
In the meantime, my order of what I loosely call chicken fries shows up. These were dried out, fried to a crisp, no chicken—just dried breading.
Determined to make the best of a bad situation, I stuff this awful food down and enjoy the company of my friend. Now someone in a manager’s uniform comes to dining room and literally starts dragging at least ten chairs over grouted ceramic tile making as much noise as humanly possible. Finally I stood up and said “I know when I’m not welcome—we’re leaving “. Thinking maybe they were trying to close, I glanced at business hours. They weren’t even within two hours of closing.
This was comical, ridiculous horrible food and...
