Fazoli's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I don't know if this is more of a confession or a review... I like ordering a lot of fast food, if you saw me that'd be fairly obvious. Even being fat though, it is normally an embarrassing amount. I know that the person taking my order is forced to say, "Will there be anything else?" but I know each time they ask and I come back at them with more and more food they just get more and more sad. "so... will there be ANYTHING else?". Sometimes; to hide my shame, I will order a second drink and pretend it is for someone else.. "oh and a... hmm what was it they wanted... oh yeah a diet pepsi!" The judgy eyes at checkout lead me to believe they are not buying my story. A fun little trick I have learned though over the years is not to buy everything in one location! Simply go to 2-4 places and get normal amounts of food! All I know is if you haven't had a Baja Blast from taco bell, a Baconzilla from Rallys, a side of breadsticks from Fazili's, and a large Frosty from Wendys as desert all in one sitting... then you aren't...

Didn't take any pics but went here after trying to go to KFC which claimed to be open till 10 yet at 924 pm it was closed but Fazolis said, open till 10 pulled up it was visibly open and we were delighted (kind of a rare occurrence lately for most places). No wait at drive thru they were not out of anything we asked for. Wait for the food I would say was 10 min or less it was hot, fresh, and well worth it. The service was regular nothing outstanding about it except for the fact they were open at 930 pm which in itself was 👍, and I know I didn't say alot about the food but it was really good Thank you Fazolis for being open with delicious breadsticks when you say u are. O n the Italian ice drinks...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Horrible customer service, manager was extremely rude. My order was messed up and food was cold. I called and was told they would send out cards for replacement. Received the cards a week ago with expired dates (9/1/19). Went through drive through last night and the manager on duty said he could not replace the food since the cards were expired even though I received them in the mail last week!!! He was EXTREMELY RUDE. Contacted his supervisor and even provided a picture of the cards and envelope but was told he’s not sure who sent them out even though his signature is on all four cards. Smh worst experience ever!!! I wasted over $35 on...
