Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Been ordering from this store for years. Pizza this weekend was an absolute letdown. One pizza was only half cooked and missing 90% of it's sauce. The other pizza was way overcooked, literally black and charred, and again missing 90% of the sauce.

Waste of 50 bucks, completely letdown after so much excellent service at this store. Don't think I'll be ordering again, can't bump that wasted money up to 100.

Seriously, how could any of your employees box up those pizzas and say "That looks...

Called and a delivery driver that wears beat up white Swiss shoes with holes in them got an attitude with me.. I tried letting it go.. then I told him I didn’t want pizza sauce with my cheese bread and 3 ranch and waited a second.. then I went to add to the order and he raised his voice again and told me to wait so he could finish with what I already ordered.. he was a rude A-hole from get go.. then I said you know what, never mind and he hung up.. I will never go to this...

Good pizza and salads. First time picking up tonight. Order was 10 to 15 minutes late. Too many customers waiting in a too small a space. While all customers and staff wore mask, two older guys who appeared in charge never covered their noses and sometimes not even their mouths while I waited outside in the cold and watched through windows.
