Soggy food accompanied with a soggy attitude.

Was extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. I asked what the flavor of the shamrock shake was. Her response was "it's a shamerock shake, the flavor is shamerock" I followed up clarifying my question by asking "is it vanilla, is it mint? What is the flavor? What does is most taste like" she then responded with "it's green" because of her response and awful bad attitude, I did NOT order this shake. My boyfriend began ordering his food, asked for a chicken sandwich and she responds "which one, we have four" then I asked "could you tell us what kind of chicken sandwiches?" Becuase the screen was not showing us different types of chicken sandwiches available. She said with an exaggerated sigh "4A, 4B, 4C and 4D" my boyfriend picked a random one not knowing what he ordered because the employee clearly couldn't be bothered to do her job. He then asked for no tomato on my sons sandwich (we don't eat here often, so we don't know what goes on these sandwhiches) in which she raised her voice to tell us there are no tomatoes on any of the sandwiches except the daily double. We almost drove away And we should have because our food reflected her poor and unprofessional attitude. We couldn't believe she yelled at us and had such a terrible attitude Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.
When we pulled up to get our food, I saw who I believe to be the woman who took our order in the background, but not one employee had a name tag on. So I can't speak to the specific name. So unfortunately, instead of blaming just this one bad apple, I now have to blame the whole bunch. Please train your employees to have exceptional customer service.

My son's sandwich and the box it came in were incredibly soggy. He couldn't hold the sandwich at all because the bottom bun was so soggy it was falling apart and could not support the sandwich. It also came sloppily assembled. As you can see in the photos, the container his fries came in was completely busted open. I pulled them out of the bag exactly like that and immediately took a picture for this review. I asked for my fries to be made fresh but they came cold and also soggy. Why is our food wet McDonald's?
I called to speak to a manager but no one picked up. I called a second time and someone answered and immediately hung up. I didn't even get to speak. So, now I am putting my frustrations here on the internet for all to see since i couldnt speak to a manager. You lost your chance at a private conversation.
DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION (st.joe center rd) THE FOOD IS SOGGY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL!!!!!!! WE PAID 35 DOLLARS FOR THIS!?

Read moreWent through the drive thru last night. Ordered a McChicken with no lettuce. Was told we're out of lettuce. Awesome, I don't want it. The young lady in the drive thru then informed me that she meant, they can't sell me a McChicken because they don't have lettuce. "I said what do you mean, I don't want lettuce." Her response was "Yea it's weird, I don't get it either. But anything that has lettuce, when we're out of lettuce we can't sell it." I said so I can't order a Big Mac and just not have lettuce. "No" she says. I said "what if I order a Double Cheeseburger, no ketchup or mustard on a Mac bun with Mac sauce?" She said "You could do that." I said "That's a Big Mac without lettuce." She said "Yeah it's weird." It was about 8-9pm they close at 10-11pm. There is a new phenomenon where if you go to a fast food restaurant 2-3 hours before they close they will do their best to turn you away. Their card machine is down. They don't have what you want. There's 2 cars there but it will be a 20 minute wait. I'm positive this girl was just messing with me. I asked for a manager she said she could do that. Then I sat for another 3-4 minutes until she said "are you going to order or cancel the order?" I said "Cancel it and thanks for getting the manager." She said, "I offered."
Trash service as always. These blue haired teens think they deserve 15+ an hour as well for their laughable "work". I'll be calling the store today as well to speak to a manager, I will update this later. I'm on pins and needles for the retort from whatever member of Mensa answers.
This was after I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru/pulled in a spot at the Stellhorn McDonald's just to be forgotten and then refunded.

Read moreFirst, the line in the drive thru took 27 minutes. Upon approaching the window, there was trash all over the parking lot!! Absolutely filthy!
When I finally got my food, and pulled away, I discovered that my large fry that I paid for, was half empty and also COLD!!! Not warm, not room temp…..COLD!!! I then called the number on the receipt, and the girl on the other end gave me attitude when I asked for hot food, since the doors Are all locked and I can’t get in to exchange it! Her response was “Im too busy and short staffed to remake orders” and then hung up on me!!!!!
I then went back to McDonalds, cut the drive thru line and waited at the 2nd window. Your employee/manager (some girl with half her head shaved) came to the window and said she already told me she didn’t have time to fix the order when she was on the phone with me! I told her to find time, because Im a paying customer and she already took my money! She then sighed, got another fry in a bag and forcefully stuck it out the window at me!
I put up with the poorly assembled cheeseburgers, the 1/3 cup of Mac Sauce that Im overcharged for, and the filthy restaurant…..but I refuse to be treated like a child by an employee (who is basically a child herself) when Im trying to give you...
