I frequent this place so it made me sad how bad of an experience this was.
I picked up food here yesterday and it was really really bad. Ordered 2 meals and then 2 orders of funnel crake fries. The fries did not have any salt and the funnel cake fries had been heavily salted and then a small amount of powdered sugar to try to cover it up. Inedible but they were busy and it was coming close to close. Tonight decided to go back, it’s the exact same 2 employees we interacted with last night. The same cashier with a terrible attitude (older dude w white/gray hair, gruff) and wasn’t listening at all. Had our order rung up wrong because he wasn’t listening, finally got it correct and he’s being very very rude. I wasn’t going to say anything if we ended up having a better experience this time but it’s the same terrible service. So I said hey, we came through here last night and ordered funnel cake fries and they were salted but our fries had no salt. The incompetent cashier said “ma’am that’s impossible, they come with powdered sugar” duh. “I said I’m aware they do, but they were salted” “that is not possible” “uhmm? It happened” he continues telling me it a not possible so I’m trying to explain to him that I’m aware it wasn’t on purpose but a “fuck-up” didn’t mean it in any other way other than this man is testing my patience and vocabulary and rushing me, and fck is in my vocabulary when I’m flustered. All of a sudden this manager “Chris” hops on the radio saying he’s got a line so what do I want I said I didn’t want anything, I was just trying to let them know it happened and say hey man I’m not trying to be a problem, I’m just trying to make sure my food is right because he’s not paying attention Chris then says I’m the one cussing out his employee and making his line slow and to finish the order and they’ll get it right None of the rudeness was necessary and could have been avoided if the cashier was listening and not rushing when I was the only car at the speaker. Idk if Mike is the store manager or general manager, but he’s always handled anything professionally. Please take that cashier off the speaker. He has no patience, or...
Read moreThey are pinching pennies over here. Literally. Paid for my fires with cash. Literally said, we rounded up the change here now so they kept what I was owed. And kept my two cents. To some people, it's whatever no big deal.
But when I pay with cash, I expect to get my change back. I like throwing it into my coin jar. If I had paid with card or gave a quarter instead of a dime, I would've gotten proper change back.
So that left a bad taste in my mouth, right off the bat. So then they asked, after they handed my fires, if I wanted ketchup with that, I said no thanks but could I get some ranch instead? They said that would be $0.75.
I'm like wow, kept my change and charging me for a condiment that should really be free. I hate when restaurants do this. So yeah this Rally's location I will not be ordering from anymore.
Hopefully the others in town are alot nicer than this. These guys were half asleep there swearing up a storm about something. 1/5 stars. The fries are still the best part...
Read moreI don't know why Google is refusing to load my review but the stellhorn road location is terribly operated and staffed!!!!! It needs to be staffed with more people constantly throughout the operation day and anyone positioned as a manager needs to actually be held true accountable for the quality of service and for the quality of food.... Managers or anyone put in the position to manage even if momentarily need to be properly trained on how to diffuse situations and they especially need to be reprimanded when they so quickly dare to lecture customers on manners and etiquette! The employee with the orange hair and facial hair, he needs to be confronted and trained how to properly handle situations and he needs to be reminded that he does not have the authority and should not take the position to lecture a customer on etiquette and manners unless it is a last...
