Rally's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

BOY!!! Let me tell you how satisfied I was at this Rally's location. I saw the 4 for $3 before at other locations. So I've been wanting to try it cause it's been awhile since I've had Rally's. Well today i needed to make a deposit at the PNC bank and when i got out I saw the Rally's right beside the bank so I told myself. Go treat yourself to a cheap meal. The drive through line was empty so I was a little hesitant but I decided to try it anyways. I ordered my food and the drive through guy was very nice. I got the 4 for $3 cheese burger fries drink and apple pie. I was in and out within 2 minutes. It was super fast service. So i get to work and chow down. The burger was pretty good. On par with the taste of a burger king burger. the fries were still pretty warm so I'm sure they were fresh. They were so tasty. So Rally's Burger King. Then i bit into the apple pie. BOY was I surprised. There was quite a bit of cinnamon / sugar on the outside but not too much, and the dough was the perfect amount of crispyness. Way better than a McDonald's applie pie. So Rally's McDonald's. I will definitely be back to...

I'd never heard of Rally's before but had asked my girlfriend what was good in the area for really late night snacking, I'm talking like 11:45pm. She said " you might try Rally's- they have like hot dogs and stuff, please get me a chili cheese dog." I showed up and had a really great experience, a really authentic bacon cheese-burger, the fries kinda taste sweet for my liking but I can get past that because they were as fresh as could be and so was the burger! Also it was given to me with such pride and kindness I was very impressed! I've gone back since and have received consistently great service, fresh food, and kind, considerate treatment. Fair prices and worth going out late to treat yourself! Do it! Only reason I put 4 stars is because it is exactly what it appears on the outside, an authentic fast-food burger joint drive-through made for the sole purpose of hungry grab and goer's like me, took a little while to make the food, but a small price for freshness, I'd hate to get stuck there for a rush though. 2 employees and nothing too fancy, but still blessed to have one right...

Lately, most of my childhood joints have been really been letting me down. I don't know if it's a management training issue at this unit or corporate morale has a widespread trickle down effect.

First of all, there have been many occasions that we have visited this location and the people at the drive thru have been a little short. That's okay, everyone has a bad day, retail sucks as a job, just get my order right. I can put up with attitudes, but I can't put up with constant orders where condiments I didn't want on my sandwich are there, key ingredients that are suppose to be on the sandwich are missing, and soggy cold food.

What is even more distrubing is I have witnessed employees grabbing product with their bare hands after touching building fixtures, registers and money. That's just a little unsantiary, and it's down right dangerous to do that during the flu season...
