Sbarro — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I had the worst service today . I took my daughter in for lunch. The server was very rude . My daughter, who has special needs , likes to ask everyone’s name, for the first time ever, he seemed very offended and said something under his voice , I made up a name to tell her. Next, we ordered a small spaghetti with a meatball. I didn’t really pay attention when he was making it . We paid and got out to sit down and there was almost no sauce , you actually couldn’t tell there was any at all when we mixed it with the pasta . I went back and asked for more sauce and , again, was very rude , but put sauce in a small cup: He then told me I had to pay for it . I went out again and got her spaghetti, brought it back in and showed him, I asked “ is this how it’s supposed to be served ?” He told me I should have asked for more when he made it and proceeded to charge me for it ! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were gone . One other thing , I asked if they had a tray and he said no, walked away and didn’t offer to help me carry our food, even though I had 2 meals , a drink and was pushing my daughter in her...

Coming in here for dinner on Friday night usually entails a good time. When me and my boyfriend came in here I initially stated the information on their menu was lacking, we came in for 1 topping pizza which I assumed would include any toppings but without being informed only cheese and pepperoni are included in the 1 topping prices. We ended up paying 4 dollars more than the stated price for a one topping pizza for just 1 topping of sausage. Now the main issue I have is the service here, it was abhorrent. We tried asking the employees here about the topping and tried making an order but we were meant with confusion by the kid who was on line serving pizza. I just read the reviews and it was accurate that he acted like he didn't know English at all, then we had to go on some small goose chase just to get a one topping pizza order in. The pizza definitely was not worth the price either, it was of mediocre quality. The dining room is also a mess, this place is well past it's glory days, I don't think I'll be coming back here...

I'll start this off with we come here A LOT, I have Fridays off, so every other week I bring my kids to the mall when it's relatively empty. For a restaurant in the mall, the atmosphere in this partially closed off area is quiet, and the lighting is warmer and less bright. It's not as overwhelming and aggressive as the rest of the food court. The food is ok? The pizza slices are huge and cheesy, but sometimes I think the workers have the timing wrong and we end up with cold pizza - it's about every other time we go. The spaghetti can be slimy, and it doesn't taste very good. There aren't many other options.

The service is hit & miss, sometimes we have super quick and nice service, other times we wait for a long time before anyone realizes there's a customer, other times the person seems annoyed and is very unhelpful.

Personally, I would give this place 2 stars, but I'll give it 4 just because my kids like it so much and for the atmosphere being slightly separated and...
