Went to go see Drew Lynch last night. My boyfriend and I were sitting at table E1. We got a drink before the show and knew we had to order 2 more items before the show ended. Our waiter came over and asked us before the host came on if we wanted anything and we stated no we were good right now. He asked for our credit card to hold it for our tab. We stated when we order again then we will provide it. The host came on and we were still on our first drinks and when our waiter came by again we said we were good. We were waiting for Drew to come on before we ordered again. Well while the host was still on this other guy approached our table (Matt) and loudly said to us that the rules were two drinks minimum and if we didnât order before the host came off the stage we would be asked to leave. I said to him âwho said we werenât going to order?â He said, âit was just told to me, and if you donât order I will remove you myself. He said Iâll send over your waiter and watch to make sure that you order.â We were so embarrassed because he was being really loud that the next table next to us was looking at us. I have never been to a comedy show that I had to have those orders made before the main event came on. Our waiter came back and I just ordered a drink so there wouldnât be any more embarrassing moments with this man named Matt. He was so unprofessional and I have never been treated this way. Well it was last called and our waiter came by again and said itâs last call do you want anything. We said no because we were unaware that the two minimum items was for both of us to have two items. The waiter told us this and we were like oh ok. Then the waiter stated well I can get you a water since thatâs the cheapest thing. He said if yall donât have money to pay for another item. I said excuse me that is not the issue. I said just give us another round. He showed me how much it would be and said is that ok? I told him money isnât a issue we were just confused on the rules. Your staff made us feel so embarrassed and it ruined our night. Matt was just standing around and I saw him watching us periodically throughout the night. We paid for premium seats, money is not an issue. We should have not been threatened that we would be removed. This was suppose to be a nice evening out and turned into a very stressful situation. My boyfriend was so mad he couldnât enjoy the show. This Matt guy was way out of line. He needs to be trained on how to work...

Party of 3 and were sat in the booth all the way to the left with tons of tables open. Then we had another party of 3 come and sit with us that we did not know. We both were there for 1 1/2 hours and no one came to take our order. We had asked 3 different people to see if they could get us a waitress. Other servers coming and going around us but no-one bother to stop. Finally a waitress came, asked if we have been served, and told us she would get our server. We finally got our server and she explained she did not know this was her table. Our server asked how checks were going. I told her 3 for our party and the other party that was sitting with us said they were not interested in ordering now and wanted to speak to a manager. The waitress told us it is a 2 drink minimum and they told her we were waiting for 1 1/2 hrs. Waitress got upset and told us she was not going to do this and left. We never got to speak to a manager and no one ever came back. This was the worst service ever and I have been coming here for many years. We should have been offered a free drink or something for waiting that long. Not yelled at by server for asking for manager and getting upset. It was not our fault she didnât know her section. I donât even blame it on the server. It looked like her section was in the front and they she had us in the back? Just upsetting she did not get us a manager to talk to and make it right. The table in front of us had 2 different servers and they never once asked if we have been served. All the waitress, security, and runners on that side have to pass our booth since we are the only one in the corner to get to the rest of the tables. No one was observant to see a booth with 6 people with no drinks and just menus the whole night. Very...
Read moreWe had a good time here. First time customers. But this place has one huge problem that needs to be dealt with immediately before a bad situation occurs. We booked our tickets online and read through the rules and guidelines they provided us. I also read other people reviews. We arrived and gave them our name and were taken to our seats. We met the server, ordered various times, then were handed a bill at the end. We gave the girl cash with tip and didn't need change. When the show ended we started to leave and they had everyone backed up at the exit and were asking for everyone's receipts before they would allow you to leave. They were literally blocking the door and grabbing people as they were walking out. Up until this point NOBODY had mentioned the need to keep your food receipt. It wasn't written anywhere, the server took her money and never mentioned it. So now 100 people are trying to leave without a receipt and it was total chaos. I pushed through it and they followed us out to our car continuing to demand a receipt as if we had stolen something (one of the chasers was our actual server girl). None of this made any sense, and all of it made us angry and very much tarnished a fun evening. Summit clearly needs to communicate better and needs to adjust some policies to prevent this. Maybe instead of the newspaper hanging over the toilet, put some information there. An employee should have come out before the show and explained the importance in. keeping your receipt. That...
