Tom's Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

My family and I have frequented this establishment for years and have always been pleased with our experience. This is until this morning. I stopped by to grab some donuts for a meeting at work and was absolutely floored at the HORRIBLE lack of customer service! The woman who helped me, who I had never seen working there until this morning, was so rude and apathetic! I have never had someone act like getting my donuts was such a hassle. To add insult to injury, there was never a thank you, have a nice day, please come again. It's really not my nature to stop frequenting a business over one incident, but customer service is my number one criteria for repeat business so I'm not sure I will be back. I will never ever give these people my business again! I had never been here until a few weeks ago. My first experience I went inside to get a donut ...a very grouchy older chinese man was so pushy and rude to me I left thinking wow what in the world? Just his tone and facial expressions and how he was rushing me was very off-putting. But today...WOW... the same man literally was so mean to me he just about had me in tears. He yelled at me several times. I wasn't in there for 1 minute all together yet he was rushing me and yelling at me from the second I walked in the door. How do you still have any customers when you treat people so badly? You will never get another...

this was not the vibe. it costs way too much for what its actually worth. the strawberry and cinnamon apple donuts tasted as artificial as it gets. The vanilla with chocolate icing and the one with sprinkles just tasted... off. and the apple fritter, just a no. it was hard and there wasnt actually any apple. how are you gonna give me an apple fritter with no apples?! lastly, there were no yeast donuts. it might have been because we got there later but they should make more. I would just like to suggest also putting actual fruit in the fruit donuts: I would have loved to get an actual piece of apple in the cinnamon...
