7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Coffee is phenomenal, but the service was lacking a lot. I arrived with just myself and 2 other cars ahead of me in their drive through lanes. Both of those cars got their orders taken in a timely manner with their drinks also given quickly. When it came my turn to order the girl who was taking orders in my lane ran into the building (unknown what she was doing) while the rest of her coworkers (5 other workers) they were talking and laughing as I sat there (first in line) for 8 minutes before my order got taken. 7 more cars piled into the drive through lane while in that time frame and none of their orders were taken as well. Once someone realized my order wasn’t taken a worker stated “oh shit” and ran to my car and took my order and my coffee coming out very quickly which I appreciated.

I’m a coffee freak! Quality and customer satisfaction is a musty must! The whole team gives Kay love and life! They have the best everything! If they don’t get it right which they usually do speak up and let them know and they will get you right! This is the only place that can satisfy me! I come daily and I make darn good coffee!!! I’ve never posted a review but this experience was one of a kind. To start, I received the wrong drink, and that happens, but what shouldn’t is the manager trying to gaslight you into letting it go. The girl at the register was really kind about it, but Gabriel insisted my order was right after showing him the receipt! It took me asking for a refund for him to finally correct the mistake after giving me more attitude than I should have stood for. As someone that worked in the industry, I have seen people get fired on the spot for less. The drink itself tasted more like water than coffee but my friend’s was actually really good so I am pretty sure he watered it down to get back at me for the “extra work” he said remaking the drink would take.
