I came into the salon and showed Tony a picture of the nails that I wanted because I have a wedding tomorrow. He looked the picture and said okay and gave me a price. I told him great I’m going to the car to get my purse and son & daughter. I went outside for less than a minute, he took another customer and told me to wait for me and my daughter’s pedicure. This was at 5:45pm. The only positive from this was Nancy, she was so sweet and did a good job. When we finished our pedicure it was almost 7 which was great I was relaxed and was told he’d be done with the person he’s working on. Again, no problem. 40 mins pass and at this point my kids are hungry and tired. My son is playing with a fish Nancy gave him with some water and he gets water on the floor. Tony yells his voice at my 2 year old son saying “ good going kid you got water on my floor” as I was cleaning it up. it’s my turn and it’s now 7:45. I hear him say he’s tired and he’s visibly not in the best of moods. So I sit and remind him of the picture and he got started. He asked me my preferences and then did completely opposite. He kept messing up and sighing out of frustration then I told him it’s clear he’s frustrated I can come back if there’s a problem. He continued but I told him that they weren’t like the picture and if we could try a different design he could do. He then said that he couldn’t do the design and I asked why he couldn’t tell me that in the beginning and I could’ve gone somewhere else. He said “don’t talk about it your kids are too nosy”. At this point I’m pissed and I told him not to talk about my kids. He then took my hand very rough and cut all the tips down to my skin. Leaving the color and jagged edge that was left. He told me to just get out since I wasn’t happy but not before he snatched my card to take the payment for my pedicures. I left crying at 8:37pm and I said I had a wedding and he left me worse off than I came in. I will NEVER go back. He has a very bad and...

Nancy provides the best pedicures ever when it comes to truly nurturing your feet with massages, exfoliation, and cuticle care. My only complaint regarding the pedicures would be that I don’t care for how they trim or cut away the sides of your nail bed because their effort to prevent ingrown nails actually increases the potential to develop one.
