Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I recently visited the newly opened franchised Jack in the Box, and I’ve got to say, I was impressed! The location is convenient, modern, and noticeably more updated compared to older Jack in the Box restaurants I’ve been to. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and welcoming.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I actually made a mistake when placing my order, and once I received it and realized the issue, they happily fixed it at no charge—no hassle at all. That kind of customer service definitely stood out to me.

The food was great, exactly what I expected, and everything came out hot. Whether you're grabbing something quick or hanging out for a bit, it's a solid spot.

One thing to note: the bathrooms are digitally locked and only accessible by request. I personally think it's a cool and unique feature for security and cleanliness, but it might not be ideal if you're in a hurry and just need to make a quick stop.

The food was great when I came in the drive thru. And while the drive thru person forgot to mute his mike and his conversation kept playing through the speaker after I ordered he luckily didn't say anything inappropriate which I just found amusing but at the same time wondered how expirenced everyone was. My real grip is this location doesn't seem to work with the app rewards. Not sure if it's intentional but I've tried to order through the app with my rewards and the app keeps giving me a warning I haven't met he requirements to use my reward. Thinking it was just an app issue I just gave up and went somewhere else. But today I decided to search for a solution and found online some people suggested trying a different location because some locations as they put it are Grinches when it comes to rewards. I've tried to give this place a fair shake.

I've been through 5 times since they opened and every time they fail to put out fresh food that is correct.

Every time I've gone for breakfast they don't get the order right and the food is cold. But, not like it was undercooked but like it was cooked hours before and left to sit before being assembled.

Same thing for Dinner. Burgers are always consistently dry and cold. So, cold that the cheese doesn't even melt on the burger.

You'd think a new restaurant would have fresh management that would care about service. But this one has employed management that don't really seem to want to be there or care. It's been like this from day 1.

I was excited for their opening in our area but they have failed every time to put out decent fast food true to their menu.
