Okay Christmas Eve after having dinner with family and friends we wanted to take them out for a few drinks. So we went to this place RZ off North Tarrant Parkway. We all go in and started ordering drinks. They requested our ID stating that it is a TBAC requirement. So I pulled it up on my phone and Tbac requirements are if the person you are severing looks or appears under the age of 21 you must card them. Hell I have a grey goat T how much more i need to show my age. Then I was told that they are a private club and you have to come three times to not be carded. Which did not make any sense but OK. Everyone that was with us was over 50 but we could not get server ed. I would not recommend this place anyone else. TABC Requires stat "Texas state law does not require that a person over 21 provide any identification to purchase alcohol in Texas. There is nothing in the law that declares specific forms of ID as “valid” for an alcohol purchase". We were told that is a TABC requirement several times...

I have always enjoyed RZ’s until tonight. I had a slip and fall incident tonight 8/16/2025 at 8:30-9pm. Never had an incident there from the last 2 years that I have been going to enjoy their poker nights. But as soon as this happened I was not helped. I was dismissed. I was told that the cameras didn’t catch anything when there were witnesses to say on the contrary that saw the entire scene. Not only that the general manager was aware of the incident when it happened. Not only from the witnesses but bc when I fell I screamed out her name. I feel embarrassed and disappointed at the lack of accountability. I was told the cameras didn’t catch a thing. But again there were witnesses that told the general manager when it happened as well as my scream that alerted her. The lack of acknowledgment on this incident is what is most troubling and worrying. More than once they were told the times the incident happened and from multiple persons. I've ordered takeout from here twice. Both times I felt a friendly atmosphere, and was helped quickly by staff. Ordered wings the first time (forgot to take a picture). And ordered the beef nachos this time. Wow! They were SO GOOD! The smell was so yummy that I just wanted to take a small bite before I took my picture, but the combination of flavors and freshness for so phenomenal that I gobbled it up before I could take a picture. My only complaint about the nachos is not enough chips. Plenty of beef and toppings, but just a handful of extra tortilla chips would have been good. In either case, I was stuffed by the time I was done. 😴 Both meals over just the right amount of satisfaction for a hard-working dog walker like myself.
