After 3 years of ordering pizzas, we were told now we are out of their delivery zone. When I called to express my concern, I was told they will not deliver to our house because of construction on 35. Very disappointed with the current manager who gave me attitude when I expressed my disappointment that our loyalty to their store wasn’t a factor after ordering pizza from them so long. Next letter is to Jets Corporate as the manager on site handled this poorly. I was also told That they they told me they would not be delivering to my home on Nov 5th which was not the case. I was never given warning that they would not deliver on the 5th and they delivered to my home on Nov 14th, yet again, not letting me know they are not delivering. Very disappointed in this branches management and I hope the owner understands that the manager should be coached in offering solutions instead of cutting a customer off when they have valid points like not being warned of route ranges being reduced. After the poor conversation with the manager working on 12-3-21, she told me that I could use door dash or Uber eats. If she would have told me this first off, apologized for the miscommunication where I was not told they were reducing route ranges, and offered one last delivery, I would have gladly kept my business with Jets and continued to order through Uber Eats or Door Dash. I will now move on and go to another pizza company since I cannot trust the pizza I order from this location moving forward. If it was a matter of tip, I would have also, gladly tipped more if the route was longer due to the local construction. As construction is temporary, liked pizza places by families last forever if customer loyalty is upheld with an even exchange of good customer service. So long Jets - Loyal Customer Lost due to bad management of branch. Ok, it gets better, my wife ordered online - and they took our money and refused to deliver our pizza….wow. If I was tight on cash, guess my kids wouldn’t get pizza tonight - thanks Jets. I will be waiting now for a refund, wonder how long...
Read moreThis was my primary location but thanks to the lack of customer service and unprofessional management and staff we will never order from here again. I found 2 hairs in my pizza and I honestly ignored the first simply because i know life happens and this location has never had issues before but when I found the 2nd hair baked in my crust I called up to inform them. I was treated with nothing but disrespect. The first person asked me how long the hair was and what color. I told him it was blond and long. (Meaning it was about 3-4 inches) he laughed and stated "well that's funny because we dont have any females that work here" then I got the shift leader Jacob who proceeded to tell me that "IF there was in fact a hair that went thru a 425 degree oven it would have been burnt" he was arrogant and nothing but rude and made it very clear that he thought I was lying. He even asked if I was sure it was a hair. He flat out did not offer any reconciliation or even an apology. We order from here pretty frequently for personal and business orders and have never had a complaint so to be treated so poorly on my first complaint is unacceptable. The funny thing is we weren't looking for free food or a refund. I honestly would have been happy with an apology. But now I will be taking this up the...
Read moreI've loved Jet's since I first had it 10 years ago and I typically go to the North Tarrant location. Today I tried to text to order and I got a message back that basically said the number wasn't receiving texts. Then I tried to order online but my phone died mid order. So I had to go in person and order and wait. I've worked customer service my whole life. And I know it's hard. There are days you don't want to do it. But I guess I have to be a "Karen" here for a minute. The blonde girl who took my order wasn't friendly and didn't smile once. Oh but you bet I'm expected to tip when I pay. Then the guy who gave me my order when I came back in, same thing, NO friendliness AT ALL. I love how these teenagers think they should make $20 an hour but they don't want to show any customer service skills whatsoever. And they expect a tip on top of it. Who the F told them they deserve money for just existing?!?! With everything getting more expensive, if I'm spending my money somewhere, I expect at least a little common courtesy. It was so off-putting I'm not coming back to...
