Asia Bowl & Grill — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I ordered from here probably 4 times before today and had no problems before. Today not only did I have issues but the phone order taker was very rude and condescending to me for absolutely no reason. The problem was that I ordered online and for some reason when I clicked delivery it didn't go through to them as delivery but a pick up. After waiting about an hour I called to see what the hold up was and the guy that answered already had a severe attitude and said the order was for pick up. I tried explaining that it was for delivery but he cut me off saying if I wanted it delivered I would have to pay $3.50 cash to the driver. I told him I had no cash on me and used my husband's card to pay for the order. He said that the order could not be delivered without credit card/i.d. verification. I have never had to show our credit card nor our I.d. for a delivery with these people and told him so. He insisted that his drivers were very strict on that and that there's no way I ordered from them without doing so. I guess every previous delivery order was all a damn dream😂. Either way, just behind his nasty attitude about things we will definitely not be ordering food from them again. I have several family members in the area of whom I will inform to do the same because that was really uncalled for. In response to your response I never received any email. If you take care to protect your customers credit card info, why didn't your drivers ask to see my credit card the previous FOUR times we ordered from you? And, yes, your order taker was completely rude when I called. This was my experience with your restaurant and I have every right to review it according to the service that was rendered to me. Instead of trying to explain away the rudeness and lack of great customer service, maybe you should learn from this and attempt to treat your customers better. Seen this place several times so finally decided to try it out. First and foremost we were greeted by a wonderfully friendly lady in front. My husband and I told her this was out first time here and after she kindly went over a couple things on menu we placed our order. Both plates came with main dish, side rice, egg roll. I ordered pepper steak, husband ordered orange chicken, we also ordered two small egg drop and won ton soup to go. Order was fast upon arrival to our house we were excited to try our food we just paid $32 for. We'll to our surprise we didn't even eat it. The pepper steak was literally burned and tasted it also, the fried rice was way overwhelming with salt, orange chicken and low mein had so much oil and can taste it. The only thing we ended up eating was the two soups which were actually good. I wasn't making a big deal about it but than I decided to call because I did tell the nice lady that I would definitely be back again at that time I was going off the friendly service. I talked to a young guy who answered and than asked for her I asked her if she remembered me since I literally had just left there and she did. I nicely let her know about our food, not once did I ask for anything back or in return. I was doing this knowing I wasn't getting my $32 dollars back after a conversation about the overly salted and burnt tasted food she apologized and asked if we would like to come back and replace with something else. Don't waste your money here, try elsewhere. 01-04- 22- Decided to give this a try again. I wanted to throw up at the disgus*ting taste of the food. Orange chicken tasted bad, in a liquid filed with sugar.

Curry soup had ZERO curry in it. Ewwww..looks like po*p. I wanted to throw up. Tossed everything in the trash.

Fried rice was like some rice mixed with sugar. If I could give them negative 100, I will.

2 years ago- I don't know what happened but this is total waste of money. The veggie friedrice is tasteless and I mean tasteless. The steamrice side that came with my other orders were uncooked and bad. Is this because I ordered late after 8pm? Was done in a rush? I'm new to the area, I tried you once and the rice was okay, I thought I should try again maybe it will be better but I was highly disappointed spending that type of money on a food I couldn't eat. This is on a Wed night, whoever cooked the rice is a very bad cook. Waste of money. Wow

If you want authentic curry soup- HAPPY BOWL THAI Restaurant OR BANGKOK HOUSE THAI is 100% tasty. They sell very good fried rice variety too. But I'm not a fan of their orange chicken.

If you want good orange chicken- Taste of Asia has pretty good one...real chicken, unlike fried flour and sugar.
