Reviewing based on the overall selection. Clothes everywhere. Large assortment of dinnerware and shoes. The miscellaneous section that includes electronics, outdoor gear, etc. is not as well stocked as clothing but you might find an 80s playmate igloo! There are some old VGA LCD monitors placed on top of a clothing rack (see pic). Electronics prices seem to be in the ball park of eBay . There is an outlet to test powered product if needed. No exchanges or refunds per the tags. They should change that for the electronics at least. Goodwill offers a 14 day return policy with original tag and I’ve had to use that. It is a clean store. Well organized. No frills. Overall good experience, if you want a new place to thrift.

They had reasonable price on a lot of items I was looking at but a few caught my eye on how they priced a certain items. I saw a pair used name brand shoes for $54 and a pair of pants that JC Penny's marked down to like $7, they are selling them here for $24. Just beware of what you are getting and check for any original price tags and compare. Thrift stores are getting out of hand with the FREE items they get and over charging customers.

This is one of several Thrift Giants in the DFW area. I've been to 6 different locations; several are close to other local thrift store. They're all pretty awesome. I find awesome clothes, shoes, dinnerware, toys, and leather goods. I rarely leave empty handed. I love their frequent 50% off days. I love their Sunday perk for downloading the app. They have Senior Citizen discount on Tuesdays.

I was shopping with my friend and my girlfriend, and when we checked out we went to separate registers, we all payed and as my friend was walking out they forgot to take the security tag off his shirt. He was asked to return so he could simply have it removed, he was then accosted by three employees saying that they suddenly could not sell him the shirt which had already been sold. They then said the tag which the shirt had on it was incorrect and they would need the shirt returned and he would not be able to buy it. He told them that he didn’t think it was right that a shirt that he had already purchased, with a mistake on their part that they had failed to catch at the sale should be taken from his possession especially after he already paid for it and was walking out of the store. Which the only reason he had to come back is because they once again failed to take the safety tag off the item. He was then told that he had to speak to the manager so he waited, we of course stayed with him. When the manager arrived they spoke in Spanish which I don’t understand but this is what was explained to me “He basically told me the same stuff as the last guy and said that there is nothing he can do as the tag was wrong, I replied that if they had to charge me more for the shirt I didn’t mind at all, but that they had sold me the shirt and it was unfair for him to force me to go back on the sale, he said no that they would not be selling me the item any more. I told him that since I already bought the shirt that it was my property and he should respect that he sold it to me and I don’t want to return it. A mistake like that should be caught before not after the sale. He said I could keep the shirt but I was banned from the store”. So a fun afternoon of going thrifting with my friend was ruined all because they decided not to honor the sale they had made and then banned my friend and I for absolutely no reason. Terrible customer service and terrible manager. Feel free to go to this thrift store but watch out, if they make a mistake, your the one getting...

PRICES ARE INSANE!!!! Walking down the aisles is crazy, everything is about $20 or more regular price, they have some sales every day there are 3 sale colors, 25% 50% 75%, but even then the prices are still pretty high when they got their entire inventory for free, I understand that they have to keep their lights on and their employees paid but my god, its highway robbery. It is a THRIFT store, not a consignment store, came here for a deal, leaving empty handed. It is a huge store, they have lots of stuff, most of it is junk, and absolutely nothing is reasonably priced, not blankets, clothes (men’s women’s and kids are all $$$) shoes were maybe $10 less than buying them brand new (most of them beaters that have seen better days) glassware and kitchen were also expensive, all in all, I say don’t come here, waste of time I can’t imagine anyone leaves here feeling like they got a good deal or...

I came in to purchase a pair of flip flops and because the flip flops did not have a price tag, the attendant refused to allow me to purchase. I asked to speak to someone about this, he refused to allow me to speak to anyone about the issue. His coworker came up (no name tags on anyone to identify) and she confirmed it would take 2 days to get the item a price. She stated it would have to go to the back and there was no possibility of getting a price. My husband offered to pay double for the flip flops he was going to purchase and the attendant refused. We were about to purchase $50 of merchandise and we respectfully declined because the incident was handled unprofessionally and the attendant didn't seem to want to put forth any effort to assist us as the customers. We will not be visiting this establishment again. Very...
