Visited again and I don't know how this joint stays open. For one yiu charge a fee when you pay with debit card ? Geez. On top of those outrage prices for food that's not even close to the price quality. Had the cauliflower wings with the potatoes. Salty nasty. Inedible. Got the ceviche. Was okay but they over did it with the white drizzled sauce. Whatever that was crema or mayo. Just no. That's the 2nd time I order the ceviche, and it's a letdown. Taste old stored in fridge. Not fresh. Over priced sopapillas with a scoop of ice cream. And don't get me started on the so called tres leches cake. What is that ??? All I tasted was water down cinnamon with the Mexican vanilla flavor. But lord that cake was so stiff hard. They give you an old stale cake that's stiff drowned in the milks... no ma'am that ain't no tres leches cakes. Overpriced and not worth it. Second what is up with the shiesty service? We were a large group and when we asked for napkins the server kept giving half of a napkin cut into two parts. Like half of a half. What the heck. We needed more and every time we asked kept giving just one little measly thin sheet of home roll napkin cut in half. We are dinning and paying your overpriced foods and yall are cheap with the napkins. Lastly a family member requested a 2nd serving of the little bowl of black beans yall give as a courtesy with chips. Anywho tell me why the server brings the tiny lil bowl back with nothing but black bean juice no beans in it nothing. It's supposed to be the mashed up beans paste texture. Instead brought the juice of the beans. Like, yall are a mess. Shiesty, cheap with the utensils the bean dip with everything yall hella charge including for someone who pays with debit card instead of cash. Pathetic. Do better. La dueƱa estaba allĆ y miraba la miseria que daban so by the looks that's normal behavior. I would rather drive to Seven Mile Cafe for vegan meals. For treats To refined bakery. Or a burger from the magnolia truck called It's food. Or mexican quality food I'll just drive and take my tail to Jefferson st in Dallas to Casa del vegano. Cuz I'm done with yall. I even gave yalls tamales a second try. La misma vaina seco, viejo, sin sabor y una miseria De relleno adentro. That "Beef tamale " with the GROUND beef. Yeah no. I ain't neva seen a Mexican tamal with ground crumble soy beef!!! Like for the price of a dozen yall charged I expected to be jackfruit to similate the real mexican tamal. This place is a no yall š š š
Purchased the beefless tamales and the chickenless tamales...well for starters very shiesty on the condiments. One green sauce and one red sauce per dozen?? So if it's three tamales per person that's four people and the one green sauce condiment is supposed to be enough for all four people... next I had high hopes on the tamales but overall both kind were flavorless. Felt like I was just eating salt and dough. Barely had protein but it lacked complete flavor. Just bland harina flavor... on top of that we picked them up while warm to have over dinner.. they crumbled like dry cracked dirt. It didn't maintain no shape once you peeled off the corn husks. For the price of $16.90 something plus tax it should he hella good or at least flavorful... such a let down. They did taste like they were old too like just reheated tamales not fresh at all whatsoever. It lacked so much..I've included pictures but they seem to report it so nobody sees the crumbled dry chunks of dough. Overpriced. Not made well with any flavor or structure. None of their food is good. I don't recommend the tamales...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband found this place online, we stopped eating meat back in June 2023. It has been pretty hard trying to find restaurants where we can explore the entire menu, we had been stuck with on the borders limited vegetarian options. Well we have said our farewells Lol. The word AMAZING doesn't even do Belenty's Love justice. Honestly, I need more stars to give!! First off just the vibe upon walking in was so mellow and inviting. The waitresses were very attentive and had excellent customer service. Now to the next best thing the FOOD, everything was delicious, my children were able to eat tacos and chicken strips again. My husband and I were able to enjoy our favorite meals again beef and chicken enchiladas and birria tacos. We had the nachos as an appetizer and I must say we were hooked and excited to explore the other menu options. They also have a diabetic and no peanuts menu. They are b.y.o.b "bring your own beer." They have a to go fridge with salsa and some other take home favorites available to purchase and enjoy at home. The owner was dope, you can tell he cares deeply about his employees/family as well as his customers he has been vegan for 15 years so he knows his way around this "no flesh & blood journey" My family and I will be consistent customers of this dope black owned establishmentš„° He also owns a vegan Italian restaurant 3 doors down. We went and checked the menu and setting out there as well, they are on our list for our next family outing. The Italian restaurant had live music, there was a male there playing the saxophone, the whole setup was beautiful as well. Thank you King for creating a space that provides great food and...

We were in town for a summer baseball tournament at TCUāand WOW did we hit a home run with this spot.
Iāve been vegan for 6 years. Finding food thatās both satisfying and flavorful can still be hit or miss. But this place? Grand slam.
š What We Ordered:
Chips + black bean dip + 2 killer salsas ā āāāāā
Portobello fajitas ā š„ Perfection on a skillet
Portobello tacos (my momās choice) ā Sheās not vegan and still gave it 5 stars
The rice ā Yes, the rice. I hate rice. This rice? I'd come back just for it.
Cucumber JalapeƱo Margarita ā 11,000/5 stars. No exaggeration. This thing should win awards. We didnāt try dessert but we will next time because it looked ridiculous.
š” What Makes It Special:
Everything is 100% plant-based, but they donāt make a big deal about itāthey just make it delicious. The āchicken,ā ābeef,ā etc.? I donāt even like alt-meats normally, but here? Iād bet theyāre incredible.
Even betterāthis is a family-run business. We learned the entire family went vegan to support their son/brother. You feel the love in the food and the service.
š§ If Youāre Not Local:
Itās close to the TCU campus, surrounded by college spotsāvape shops, bars, the usualābut donāt let the unassuming exterior fool you. This place is a gem.
š¬ Final Verdict:
Even my mom (definitely not vegan) said:
āThis is one of the best meals Iāve had in a long time.ā
That says everything.
šØ Go support them.
