Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Absolutely HORRIBLE... and I have to say this again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It amazes me how this BK is still even in business. I have been here 3 times and every single time the worst person took our order. The food took forever, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it was wrong.

I ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered four 2 for $6.00 whoppers. It took the extremely rude female who took my order 3 times to understand I wanted "FOUR OF THE 2 FOR $6 WHOPPERS." When I get to the front she tried to charge me the full price of each whopper instead of the 2 for 6. It took her over a minute of arguing with me to finally understand the special. She snatched my card and never said a single word to me again. She shoved me food out the window...

This was 30 minutes before the dine-in was suppose to close. I checked my order and of course (like the previous 2 times) I was missing items. In fact I was missing 2 whoppers. I attempted to go into the dine-in (mind you 30 minutes before closing) and it was locked. I knocked on the door, knocked harder, banged on the door. The extremely rude female who took my order saw me, and then immediately started to laugh with another employee.

I drove back into the drive-through and told her she didn't give me all my order. She just said "go to the front" and I could hear her laughing. I pulled up she shoved the bag out the window and shut it on me.

THIS.. is the Burger King on Hulen. THIS is why it's a 1 star place. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would.

I normally do not like to write long rants about places, but I feel obligated to in this cast. DO NOT go to this Burger King. Stay far far away. TLDR;...

Used to visit this location every once in a while (I don't eat out a lot) until my credit card information was magically compromised and charged food delivery in Arlington the day after I visited. Will never go back, and tell every single person I know to never go there. The card was only a couple of weeks old, and had not been used anywhere that it could have had the information stolen outside of this place (the only other place is at my place of business, and there are no other people in the store when I'm there (I work overnights), as well as every point of sale being checked for tampering. This was literally the only place it could have happened, as any other time my card is in my wallet and I have not been to Arlington in over a year. Police report was filed and I got my money back for the fraudulent charges, thankfully, but avoid this place like the plague. I thought it was a little sus because the employee walked away from the window for a couple of minutes, and then came back. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Edited to add: They ordered the food online, which requires a name/number/expiration/CCV/Zip code. They literally would have had to take a photograph or write down the info for 90% of that, and could easily guess the zip code based on the area. That's how I knew it was compromised by a person, not a skimmer or...

This is our neighborhood Burger King so we frequent it often. I've noticed in the last year the quality of the food has noticeably gone down a lot. We were gifted an virtual gift card for Christmas and went today to use it. The cashier tried to enter the number and it didn't work. She asked the manager, "Eddie" and with an attitude said, "we don't accept those here." The cashier pointed out that it had a number and directions on how to input it and all he kept saying was, "We don't take those here. We are a franchise." So when my husband asked where can we use it? He said only at corporate owned stores. When asked where there was one or where to find it, he said, "I don't know, ask the person who bought it for you." And walked away. He has no reason being a manager when he doesn't know how to provide good, or at the very least minimal customer service. He was rude and no help at all. I took my order and when I got home, it was missing a large fry and I got waters for my drinks instead of the cokes I asked for. I didn't want my food to get cold so I didn't go back. I will not go back to this Burger King even though it's only around the corner and 1 min from my house. Don't spend your money here, go to Whataburger, it's only a 2...
