My wife and I had the most appalling experience here. First I found a bee in my ice which I'm highly allergic to. (I carry an epipen) I called in to make the store aware so they could check the ice and was given an email for a manager. They said their ice machine was down so they were ordering through another vendor. The email did not work so when we went in today to buy our daily drinks AFTER we paid I mentioned it to the barista. Another woman stepped forward, taking control over the conversation and basically called us liars. She said the bags come tied and it was completely impossible a bee would be in the ice which I had a picture of. I asked her how I could possibly make the same piece of ice that starbucks carries encased with a bee within a hour and a half of ordering. She told me it had to be from us drinking it outside but it was encased in the ice so that was impossible. I asked for her name so I could call the number listed on the website but because she knew she was wrong she shut the window in my face and refused to give me her name. I called the store and she answered and said they would replace the 1 drink. (The "manager on duty" the day before said he would refund and replace the 2 drinks) so I repeated what the other "manager on duty" told me. I asked again for her name and she said we'll replace the 1 drink, have a nice day, and hung up on me. I called back and the "manager on duty" (a different person) said they could not give me the first name of the woman who hung up on me. I knew they were supposed to give me the name which the Starbucks representative I spoke to after the incident verified. If asked they should provide you with at least a first name. The whole experience was a nightmare and I do hope the store reprimands her. To management- Your employee literally spoke to us and looked at us like we were garbage. It was never that serious. I was trying to make your store aware so you could take the necessary steps to make sure it didnt happen to anyone else. By the end it was more about the principle of how your employee acted towards us. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I hope this situation was addressed with the due diligence it deserves. After speaking with the other employee at your store I found she's not a manager so I'm not even sure why she took upon herself to step into the window and become so aggressive. I'd love to speak to you and did provide the customer service representative my contact information for you to reach me. I appreciate your consideration to this...
Read moreEvery morning I come to this location due to work although there’s one right by my house. The staff here is honestly the best! The atmosphere, coffee and employees of this wonderful establishment are hands down amazing and always make me feel like I’m making a 5 star drink at home. Many years ago I myself was a Starbucks barista and I never really found people who were more genuine and soulful as a good cup of joe like the ones who take pride in their job. I’m not really a “review” person, but today I had to. I didn’t get to make it for my morning coffee so I immediately went to drive thru after my routine school pick up. I honestly so wish I knew the names of the girls who were working because I’d love to show them some love and praise. They sadly didn’t have my brown sugar I oh so love and I asked them for their recommendations on a good oat milk espresso pairing and they were super friendly and made a delicious and wholesome drink for me. I nearly teared up when I go to the window because of the women who was there around 4:30pm was so kind I even offered to buy them coffees lol. Thank you to her and the other women I didn’t get to see, but who was also on the speaker taking my order. They were honestly so sweet and I hope this review finds them and their manager. Literally love you and the perfect combo of coffee and sweetness for my sweet...
Read more3 WEEK UPDATE AT BOTTOM..LOL Can't count how many of these I have travelled into, rarely they have zero fresh brewed coffee. And you are the only one at the counter ordering. "Do you have any hot coffee?"..."No.." So after 10 minutes of the grinding, brewing process I get my coffee. Nice, thanks. Its the first time I wasnt "comped" on the house, like any other greater store in the chain. Crazy. So it's three weeks later by coincidence. I stopped at this location after leaving Home Depot the other side of the freeway. 2 customers at the counter the gal orders and then I'm next. Absolutely no coffee brewed three weeks later...as dead and empty franchise store. So I use the gift card but my coffee Grande left $2 tip in the Box waited for him to grind the beans through the coffee. In business you either have continuity in your policy. Any place I've had one and they have to make a pot that usually comp coffee
So I get my coffee and mention to another gal I think she might have been a supervisor about usually if you have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee in an empty building they usually come pit to what she's just said oh I'm sorry. Me no likey does location in South Fort...
