Captain D's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I came here today and had an order and i added jalapeño poppers on the side. DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. They will call you a liar and a thief especially that you g girl in the front. They called me a liar after asking me to get the order so she can see it and i did and than she still said I got it and she called me a liar to my face. They both said its the managers rule after 20 minutes of me arguing with them. If they said that at the beginning i wouldn’t have caused so much problems. They were disrespectful and wouldn't even give me a copy of a receipt that says it was voided after i gave them all the good back. I was trying to bring food home to my pregnant wife and the only thing she specifically asked for was jalapeno poppers and now i got none of it and got treated like garbage. I will never return here except tomorrow to talk to the manager. They were awful and disrespectful. They deserve no one business and we will be making sure that my wife's social media platform of over 1.6 million followers spreads the word to stay away from this location as they dont care if you are pregnant or anything they will smile in your face while you ask for your reciept and they will call you a liar. I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS. I have never left this bad of a review and I have never gone out of my way to get mad at people in a restrictive where all they are doing is working. I hope i never have to do it again but this location has aweful employees at the front. Both of the teenagers are disrespectful and rude and will misplace your items and than tell you that you did it. I will be contacting whatever corporate office they have as well and reporting this location. Oh but food here is good lol...

Worst experience in the 30 years I've been a customer at this Camp Bowie West location.... the staff is very rude and the older skinny hispanic woman with black rim glasses is quick tempered, a young girl answered the speaker first .. I ordered grilled COD no rice broccoli... the speaker went silent and the older lady came on the speaker and asked what I wanted... I repeated my order she became angry and we have white fish ... I said okay whatever yall call it I want that with no rice only broccoli... she said it comes with 2 sides, I said okay give me double broccoli.... she said don't give me an attitude, that will be $10.81, I said mam I'm not finished with my order and I was not rude or had an attitude.... I gave her the rest of my order and the conversation ended. Then I pulled to the window to pay and a young girl with tattoos took my money, then 10 minutes later older lady comes to the window and says did you get your order, I said no mam, she says can you pull up and wait, I asked where....she said to the black railing.... 10 minutes she brings my food out and I asked her who was I speaking with on the speaker (I already knew it was her) she turns and looks at me saying get out of here and don't come back, I'm in disbelief of this entire negative encounter... at no time was I ever rude to her or any other staff.... as a LE officer in uniform I couldn't believe what took place.

Rest assure I will never return and hope anyone else that experience this type behavior feels the same way.

On A Sunday there was only one person in Line, me. I get up to the window and they’re already handing my food out to me. I ordered two piece of fish shrimp and our two sides that I ordered were okra and coleslaw. She handed it to me so quick and I Said” That’s fast! Y’all Haven’t had it sitting under the lights to have you?” She said no. I’ve never had to check it before as I pulled out. I noticed leases across the street had a line wrapped around the restaurant I mean, literally wrapped around the restaurant so Lisa is doing a booming business! So by the time I get home I open my meal the shrimp or have been fried to death and I didn’t even eat it. There wasn’t any shrimp in the things! Instead of Elker, I got shredded french fries the fish tasted funky I mean, weird! And I haven’t even looked at anything else. I threw the whole thing away. I made a point to call them up there and tell them what what they done wrong and that wet side is going belly up and they might pay a little more attention to their food or they’re gonna go belly up as well! I’m not going back to Captain D’s. They’ve lost interest in how their food taste and how they it’s presented and I was the only one in line and they got it wrong. They didn’t even give me my okra instead of they gave me shredded fries. I gave him a one star because you can’t give zero stars you have to have at least one star on there so I gave him one star otherwise it’d be a zero stars. Another business bites the dust up on...
