I have been coming to this establishment for over 2 years and today I was very disappointed with their customer service today. My 5 year old daughter dropped her ice cream cone inside the store. She had bearly even tasted it. I scooped up the ice cream from the floor and kindly asked for a replacement. Itsel told me she could not replace the ice cream she can only offer to replace the cone. She really expected me to put the dirty ice cream on a new cone for my daugter… With her crying in the background I really expected more from this lady.
