Ive had Egusi before, but the flavors here were UNMATCHED and AUTHENTIC. Delectably spiced, well rounded and generous with her portion of Fufu, this is the TRUE definition of finger lick'n GOOD. The amount of meat is perfect and there's a little bit of everything for the adventurous eater! At first glance, it is an unassuming red food truck in the corner of a quiet shopping center. When approached, you can hear the quiet hum of the appliances inside before the window slides open. I am probably not a customer she expects. I, a tiny vietnamese woman in her work uniform, peers up at her in the hot Texas heat, but she smiles and you instantly feel at home. I never quite got her name, but her smile and beauty is unforgettable. She quickly took my order and we easily slipped into conversation. I told her I had been meaning to swing by because I have heard so much about Egusi and wanted to try more places that served it. I have Nigerian friends that have served it to me before years ago and I have found a few places here and there but while good, they never seem to hit the spot. We talked about her favorite item on the menu and even recipes that ARENT on the menu that you can request?!?!?! How cool is that?? 1000/10 I HIGHLY recommend the Egusi and honestly, I will be back VERY SOON to try the rest of the menu!!

OMG! I’m so excited I couldn’t find no Egusi and fufu in Fort Worth I got tired of going to Arlington and let me see this is some good Egusi and fufu! 10/10 recommend and the customer service is A1. If you in the area and like African food check them out! You won’t regret it!!!!

Good food, but pricey. I got the potato (?) greens and plantains. The greens was flavored well with beef(?) pieces in it, but also fish it seemed. The rice went well with it. I ordered wings for my friend but she couldn't finish because she said they were too spicy.

Baby, I’ve been craving FUFU for weeks, but I’ve been so busy working that I didn’t have the time to actually go but today I searched up Rhosabjal cuisine & seen that she was four minutes away from. I called and asked what all did she have and that it will be my first time trying Fufu and what soup would be the best to try with the fufu and she told me Eugusi Soup would be a very good choice. She was telling the truth I love it very seasoned not too spicy and the best part about it. She asked me how spicy did I want it, She was very respectful and had a good attitude I recommend anyone who is looking for some good African food to come here because it’s very good. Fast service, I got my drinks nice &...

I order different Liberian soups from Rhosabjal Cuisine every week, and they never disappoint! The food is always delicious, well-seasoned, and full of authentic flavors—just the right balance without being overly spicy. Every bite reminds me of home-cooked goodness.

Beyond the amazing food, the customer service is top-notch. Sabah is a wonderful person—kind, welcoming, and always making sure I’m satisfied with my order. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows in both her hospitality and the quality of her dishes.

If you’re looking for authentic Liberian cuisine that tastes like home, I highly recommend Rhosabjal Cuisine. You won’t be...
