Thought to try the mobile through ordering so it would be faster than drive through. I was mistaken. Place order get there 10 minutes later, scan picture to show I am there and pull forward to pick up the food. Sit there for 15 minutes, no one comes out or to check what the order was under. 2 cars behind me get their order so I loop around to not inconvenience other families while I wait. Pull through, and another 10 minutes have to do the same thing. Surely after the 3rd time someone would come check or see the giant bag that has been sitting there in front of the 2 people working the check out lane would belong to someone that has been waiting the entire time the bag had been there... nope, more cars get their food and I have to move again. Pull over to park and go in and hope someone could help me inside. Nope, everything else was just as much on fire. People are complaining and kids at the register are continuing to mess up clients orders. Meanwhile, there is someone who I assume is a GM or manager in a vest leaning against a wall sitting and joking with a young girl while he dodges his responsibilities to his staff and clients. I happened to catch the attention of someone else I assume is a manager with a checkered long sleeve shirt. You can tell she is frazzled and has been dealing with it all day, but I informed her of what's going on and that I need my mobile through order. She goes and grabs the bags that have been sitting there since I initially pulled up brings them to me and just hands them over and walks away. No apology, no explanation, nothing. This place was doomed before it started and will turn into another empty lot if things continue as you can go to the location on 114 and back to this location before someone will recognize that someone needs to pick...
   Read moreI came to leave a review and see Iâm not the only person TODAY with the issue of it taking OVER FORTY MINUTES to get my food. I did the mobile drive thru lane and had an issue with my app- no one came to my car window to confirm my order at any point in the line, none of the outside team members would even make eye contact with me for me to tell them I was having an issue with the app. Those who were outside just talked to each other while the drive thru was at a standstill. It took TWENTY FIVE minutes from entering the drive thru to get to the food pickup window and it was THEN that I had to WAVE SOMEONE DOWN to tell them about my issue with the app. They told me to pull forward and wait- it was almost twenty minutes later I got my food. My three young kids were crying, I cried out of sheer frustration. What I thought would be a 10-15 minute wait to get our food on our way home was nearly an HOUR ordeal. I did not receive an apology, no DOC card for the wait, and the food wasnât even hot, it was warm and by the time we got hold 12 minutes away it was cold. This was my worst experience at a chick-fil-a EVER. Save the time and frustration and go to Champions or Alliance. This was an awful experience and disappointing given itâs so new. They should still have their corporate grand opening team there, and if so Iâd hate to see what the experience will be like when they leave. Iâll be actively avoiding...
   Read more10/23 update: Someone from this location called me Friday 10/16 saying she had refunded me the fraudulent orders. Still waiting for that to reflect in the app and still waiting for that refund to my bank. Next step is to dispute the charge with my bank since this location refuses to make it right.
Unorganized dumpster fire. Lines take far too long and workers clearly need more training with experienced employees at other locations. Placed an order through the app and used the mobile only line which is supposed to be quicker. Waited 25ish minutes for them to forget the toy in my daughterâs kid meal on her birthday. Then upon getting home I notice they placed two duplicate orders on my account thus charging me two extra times. Canât report the issue on the app due to the link taking you to a âpage not foundâ. Called corporate and the customer service gentleman told me he would immediately remove the orders from my account which would reverse the charges. Orders are still on my account. My next call will be to my bank if this isnât resolved quickly. We love Chick fil A but wonât be back for a long time, and likely never this location since theyâre creating fraudulent orders when people use the app. Probably should close and try again once employees can be...
