There was a woman working the counter today, Fri. May 24, 2024. I was in there with a friend of mine around 1:30pm to 2:30pm, this woman worked that counter like a pro and didn't miss nothing! At one point, someone was cleaning up around us and when I looked up....it was the woman from behind the counter. She was now sweeping, cleaning tables, resetting chairs and such. It had slowed down to a point that she took it up on herself to come from behind the serving line and clean up.....although there was a much younger girl who should or could have been doing those chores. This woman showed effort and willingness to stay busy and check on the customers and clean up. Workers like this woman are a hard find in today's world, so, whatever your do Panda Express, you can't afford to lose this future Manager! Let me make this clear.....I do not know this woman in any way, shape or form. She was even concerned for me when I stepped away from the counter and had to rest for a few seconds. She asked me "Are you ok"....I told her that I was undergoing for cancer and she showed me caring and kindness and asked if I needed any help. As a Veteran of this Great Nation....it is good to see people like her who still cares, compared to what we see daily on the news! The food was excellent as usual for a good Panda Express Restaurant.....but this employee outshined the food on my trip there today....sorry Panda Express! But you have an employee that needs recognition, a pay raise, corporate training and a management position! Now it's YOUR turn...
Read moreThe only reason they got one star is because Google won't let you put no stars. Janelle, the manager has poor customer service. We ordered from the Panda Express website for delivery. The driver called and said that our order was already picked up even though we didn't receive it. We waited and then get a text saying our order was cancelled. Called the manager, Janelle, and instead of trying to make it right, she didn't care and tried it blame it on DoorDash even though we ordered through Panda Express. It's not the customer's fault if the company they choose for delivery makes a mistake. DoorDash driver says he tried to get her to remake the order and she refused. The customer service is ridiculous. Waited over 2 hours to be told all this and treated so poorly. Never again will we eat from there. When we did before, numerous times, they would forget items but we always overlooked it. Truly disappointed in the customer service the...

First, we ordered from the app. Asked for delivery, placed the order and they took our money. Got the food. Then find out we are missing items - basically egg rolls. So we ordered 6 egg rolls for $11 and got 1. We got 1 egg roll for $11. Yeah - no, not happening.
We call the store to tell them of their mistake after we had it delivered and have the error fixed. Problem is - THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Maybe they were busy? Maybe they needed a potty break? Maybe they were anti-social and have a phobia of telecommunication devices called phones? In any case, they never answered. So went to the website and (again) filed a compliant against the store. I say again because its effectively EVERY SINGLE TIME I order form this store they do something wrong.
