Okay so let me preface this review by saying.... I love ice cream, it really is what it is at the end of the day.....not this place! Upon entering a floor covered in a thick fog... My date and I approached the counter and were greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable employee at the establishment. !!Santos!! He led us through the process which isn't very hard, even if science wasn't your strong point, deciphering the menu. Which is a Periodic table of ingredients, So cool! He informed us that the process uses liquid nitrogen and how the temperature is so low and it freezes so fast that the crystals are miniscule in comparison to other methods used. We both made our minds up and we chose only for me to hear Santos talk about his off the menu creation, I was intrigued so I opted for it! Hands down best ice cream ever....the texture is so different it's almost like a gelato but completely different in a way as well. Go visit and ask for the Santos way! Made our way to this neat place. We definitely thought the concept was super cool. My husband liked his ice cream. He ordered coffee ice cream and chocolate fudge. They were super accommodating to my son who was specific about his toppings. My son also enjoyed his salted caramel ice cream, but didn't finish his cup. Unfortunately mine was inedible.

!! DO NOT order anything MINT unless you like the taste of Listerine and Bengay.

They do not swap or replace inedible servings either. However, they'll happily sell you another one with a free topping. The issue is the flavors are just too strong. The chocolate and caramel servings were tasty but also unnecessarily rich in flavor. Which is why my son didn't finish his cup. I wonder if they actually have tasted what they're serving. I can't imagine they have. No one wants to eat Listerine flavored ice cream. Another person complained about their ice cream while we were there too. Brought my wife here , both of our first times , so she could enjoy a pregnancy craving. Staff was helpful as far as the ordering process goes and their nitrogen set up is awesome. She went with a cup of the “ Tough Cookie “ recipe . I didn’t order anything as I wasn’t feeling ice cream at the moment . We got in the car and started driving off and as she started moaning in delight from how delicious the ice cream was , I asked for a spoonful to try and let me tell you , I was instantly filled with regret that I didn’t order anything ! That was BY FAR the best ice cream I’ve ever had ! It was so cold , dense and creamy and the flavor was WOW. It’s not a light and airy style of ice cream , but I preferred it dense and creamy . We both agreed that’s probably the best Ice cream from a shop we’ve ever tried . This will now FOR SURE be the families go-to Ice cream joint . 5/5 stars . They’re doing it right...
