I had to amend my 5 star review from 2021. This place has really fallen in quality!!! Skimpy portions, rude employees that argue with you, unclean practices with food preparation.
My wife & I gave it many chances.
Subway became so expensive for so LITTLE portions, that we only came in with coupons or BOGO deals on the subway app. After an employee gave me a hard time about valid coupons, I started using the app only. Well, the time before, I paid 6$ extra for extra meat in two subs because theyāre always so skimpy on the portions. They didnāt give me the extra meat!
Today, I paid $4.75 for extra meat on two subs, and even put in the notes: āPlease apply double meat on both subs as paid & ordered.ā
NO EXTRA meat!
This is theft. Subway, you already SKIMP on the portions, and you donāt give the extra meat even when purchased!!!
Whoever owns this subway needs to hire better workers!!!
I am so disappointed. My wife loves subway & we carpool to work five days a week. This subway is in a prime location. Now my wife is even fed up.
Please do better, Subwayā¦
Also, PLEASE stop letting your āsandwich artistsā touch their noses & the cash registers during sub prep! This is a health violation golf cross contamination!!! I have thought about reporting this potential sanitation issue⦠They cross contaminate almost every time that I come inside now.
I left a glowing 5 star review in 2021. You canāt blame Covid anymore. Why did this place fall down so much?
Subway needs to stop thinning their customers out of portions whilst at the same time raising the prices occasionally. Stop being greedy & disrespectful to your customers.

Location has severely decline since new mgmt has taken over. Drink fountain not working right, tea is watered down. Out of half the veggies in counter so I couldn't get what I wanted again. Had a meal coupon and wanted to charge more for a bottle of water than a fountain drink. Staff has completely turned over and not as friendly or service oriented. Will not be back again.

Location's mgmt has changed and service has declined, stock is never full and today there was no tea at all during lunch rush. Dining room is still clean and tidy. This location also charges in some cases $2 more for a sandwich than other Subways in west FW. ā-----ā-------------------- I started going to this location after my other "regular" Subway location closed. We both work in restaurants so we always check the time before entering because we donāt want to be āthose peopleā. The website clearly said they closed at 9. The employee on duty was outside the store talking to another person that was in a parked car. When he saw us pull up he ran inside and turned off the Open sign and acted like he was sweeping right when we got out of the car. Like seriously? How rude! And on top of that you had almost half an hour until close. You should always serve a customer even if itās 5 minutes to close.
