The restaurant imposes an inflation fee, which I regret not noticing in the reviews before my visit. It's baffling that this fee isn't mentioned on the menu, or by the server. Upon arrival, we were told we could sit anywhere, so we settled in and ordered shrimp rolls with peanut sauce, rating them a 3 out of 5. Our small bowls of Pho were disappointingly underfilled compared to other places, and the herbs provided were not fresh(bean sprouts, basil, and one slice of lemon). Our server only offered one small plate of herbs, while the table next to us received two, one per person. We had to ask the server if we could have another small plate of herbs. Additionally, we were charged a dollar for three thin lemon slices when we requested more. The Pho noodles were clumped together, and the brisket slices were mostly fatty, with some unidentifiable meat particles that I had to remove, leading to a disappointing 2 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was bright and spacious, featuring numerous tables scattered throughout. Overall, I was unimpressed with both the food and the service; our server neglected to check on us for water refills until we were about to leave, despite the restaurant not being busy. The only highlight was the chili oil, which helped me finish my Pho out of sheer hunger. As for the boba drinks, they were lackluster as well, earning a 2 out of 5. The boba was hard and lacked chewiness, while my honeydew drink was overly sweet, and my friend's coconut drink had a taste of coconut which she likes. I ultimately left my drink unfinished, feeling let down by the experience.

Came in for Pho today because with this crazy Texas weather….it was needed. Decided on a new spot instead of our usual. Came in and was very quiet, however it was past lunchtime. Very clean, nicely decorated, and was greeted immediately We always get spring rolls but this place had so many varieties which was great. We settled on boiled shrimp spring rolls and 2 eye of round and lean brisket pho’s (1 large, 1 small). Loved that they had pictures of the meat options. Spring rolls were fabulous! The peanut sauce was soooo good. Pho broth was good, nothing over the top. We noticed very quickly that there was very little meat. Literally 4 pieces of brisket and barely noted any eye of round. Additionally, the noodles were still very stuck in their form and really had to wait for them to keep cooking and really working them apart with a fork and chop stick. I’ve never had to do this with my noodles any other time I’ve had pho. Jalapeños were not freshly sliced, you could see where the edges were dried up. Basil had a slimy film on it so that was disappointing. Once it was jazzed up with sriracha, lime. etc, it wast too bad. Service was quick and friendly. I get the check and realize there’s a 10% inflation fee added. I’m all for understanding inflation however, I do not feel in any way we received $40 worth of food. Had there been more meat and fresh ingredients, I wouldn’t argue the inflation up charge. Overall, I was disappointed. My daughter asked we go to our normal spot next time (Khan’s on McCart).

My wife has been craving pho for the longest so we decided to have a little date night and decided to stop by here. As we walked in, it took a while to get greeted, the restaurant was not busy either as you can see in the photos. I asked for the dumplings and calamari as appetizers. As we feasted in, what me and my wife noticed is how chewy the calamari is. It was so overcooked to where I thought they served me bread… truly one of the worst calamari appetizers I’ve had ever. The dumplings were okay. As we moved on to our main course, My wife loved her meal. She said the broth was “perfect” so I took a taste for myself and I must say it was quite delicious. As I took a bite into my meal, I noticed the fried rice was drenched in oil. Some bites literally tasted like salt. As a overall experience I must give this place a 2 star review. If the service was just a tad bit better, this place is easily a 3 star Restaurant.

I really don’t like leaving hardworking businesses low reviews, but I’m hoping the service and quality increases as they continue to serve!

I dropped in the get a boba drink to go, and the service I received was below sub par. I wasn’t offered a menu, and when I asked if they had boba tea, the waiter immediately walked away and started making me something. Turns out he was just making me iced tea…I then explained I wanted boba, and pointed out on the menu what I wanted. The waiter seemed really stressed and unsure of how to make what I was asking for, and when he finished blending me a smoothie, he dumped it into a to-go container, rather than a cup. He then charged me $7. I get inflation is rough, and I know usually the running price for boba tea is around $5, but I had to ask him to please put my drink in a cup (seems straight forward to me). After driving away, the drink itself was not good, and the boba was both soggy and grainy at the same time.

I love Vietnamese food and boba and since I recently moved from houston to Fort Worth, I’m on the hunt for a good place, and wish I had had a better experience, but I just don’t know how I can trust how the rest of the menu and service will be if they can mess us boba and charge $7...
