I honestly don't know what happened to this place. It has gone down the drain. I don't know If it's management, the employees, or a collection of both. They don't greet you when you walk in. They don't acknowledge customers while the customers are waiting to order. They don't clean out the containers when they are replenishing the items that are running low. They haven't changed the veggie container and it still has to same burnt veggies at the bottom for over a month. My favorite restaurant is going to waste. What can we do a the local community to help this location? The brown rice is always low and dried up. I pray things get better, but this is unacceptable. I don't care how bad you hate your job. You greet the customers, you give your best effort until you no longer work there. The owner and shareholders are invested in the business and they deserve to see the business flow well. Businesses fail because of horrible management and employees. They lost a lot of business tonight 1/10/2024 due to customers wanting to feel invited and customer service. They tell you to reach out and write a review and contact them. No one ever responds and you have to speak to customer service and not the actual manager of the location. We want to speak to someone that can make changes.
Update: I went back today 6/12/24 and it was the exact same experience. The male that was fixing the food was horrible. No customer service whatsoever. He needs to be let go. Hope and Maria were great and helpful. This job is not for him. The management needs to get control over this place before the citizens turn their back on...
Read moreCame in here to get take out dinner and they were out of white rice. My husband and I were given an option of brown rice, or to wait about 20 mins for white rice. Since we like white rice so much and didnt have any plans, we didn't mind waiting. We were offered drinks while we wait- I didn't think anything of it, certainly not expecting it to be free. I shouldve known because they gave us large sizes. We were finally prompted to come up the counter because the white rice was done. We ordered our food- the lady was too kind giving us extra amount of meat, almost everything. When it was time to pay, the lady said our food's on them and it's free! We could not believe this! She said we actually waited almost an hr, because the 1st batch didn't turn out good. (Some very small portion of the rice were still undercooked but we appreciate yall for just accommodating us, as best you could!) We were so blessed receiving everything free! Read moreThe location always seems to be struggling and I've given them so many chances. There are consistently issues with our orders that range from getting entrees we didnt even order to missing or wrong items. Today was my last straw after this happening to me for the 3rd time in a row. How do you never have salad dressing? You literally only have one kind of salad dressing and when one orders a salad they prefer not to eat it without salad dressing. However, now here I am stuck with this bland salad and no dressing because you are out AGAIN and no one even had the decency to call me and tell me ahead of time. I would have ordered something different. Additionally when I picked up my order no one told me. I had to check my bag and ask and was told at that point. Stop wasting people's time, energy, and money. Show a little appreciation for your customers by communicating better. I'm so disappointed and so done with this location.
