Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Well I went here to get some chicken because the first time I went it was really good. It was better than the one in the shopping center with Kroger on mccart. However this time when I went, they fried the chicken too hard and I requested more chicken. I was told that it would take 12 minutes to make it but it ended up taking almost 30 minutes but the chicken was fresh this time and it was not overcooked. It was just right. Try to scam you on prices. Went and ordered a white gravy. Lady rung up white gravy price 2.59. Then voids it and adds brown gravy 4.89. I asked her 4.89 for WHITE GRAVY and she says yes. I said it just said 2.59. Mind you the screen facing the customer shows the prices and what is voided. Then you ask about why am I paying for brown gravy when I want white gravy they act like they don’t know English. Come on now. Three stars for communication errors. I do love this location and Church’s chicken in general. When I moved here four or fives years ago I would always go here because I lived on the same block, food was always fresh and I never had a problem. But lately we’ve been having issues with communication.
