Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Fort Worth

first of all the place was dirty the tables was dirty flies was flying everywhere it was a dirty uniform shirt hung over the chair of the type of the eating tables one of the cashier ladies had her phone and her earrings on the dining room table I had to sit down at my table but before I did that I have to clean my own table with a towel I got up my truck and as I'm cleaning my own table the cashier lady walks right by me and didn't even hesitate to say oh no I'm so don't do that I got it no she didn't do that she just looked at her way and kept it going the food was good it was hiding fresh because everything I got you had to cook but the mac and cheese was cold and old they're playing rap music is all kind of cussing saying the n word bees and and and holes and stuff like that is not good for customer service the young lady comes out to the dining room the cashier lady comes out to the dining room said she's sick of this s* and her feet is tired and she said down and took off both of her shoes and this is a lady that works there oh my God all uniform was dirty her underwear was showing everybody all left side they started closing real early a customer come through and want a chicken sandwich and she said no we're not making chicken sandwiches anymore because the bread maker is not working when the customer leaves she said I'm not system ain't no chicken sandwich so she can get...

If I could give no stars I would. First the lobby is closed and you either go through the drive thru or go to the window. As long as the take and cold as it be you mind as well go through the drive thru. It was one car in front of me. I kept having to say hello because no one never came to the speaker to say I be with you or whatever. You could barely understand him because it seems as if the speaker was cutting off. It took awhile to place an order. Took awhile to receive the order. I got two 2 pieces one spicy and one regular. I didn't receive spicy. The regular was a wing a thigh pulled over to check or and gave me a leg and thigh. As long as I waited the order was wrong and the chicken was not the hot. My supposed to be spicy chicken seem old and dry. Then they had a sign saying cash only. I will never go back here and advise anyone else to do the same. I get it to be short staff but to be rude. I really appreciate this church's! The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. Also, there's these two ladies that I always see working, a shorter Hispanic lady and a white lady who always has a pony tail with curly hair and I just wanna give them a shout out. They are so nice and they work so hard. They always let me sub out a chicken leg instead of a thigh and are so accommodating and friendly. There is a golden chick right across the street from this location and the customer service is so terrible! The employees are mind bogglingly rude there and they nickel and dime you like crazy and the chicken just isn't as good. This place is so much better by comparison.
