Dales Donuts #9 — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I only am giving this location 2 stars because the donuts and sausage rolls are actually pretty good but customer service is lacking. On one occasion, I requested my order to be put in two separate bags and explained that the donuts were for someone else and the lady acted like i was asking her to move a mountain. Today, I went in and originally ordered two sausage rolls and a donut then after some consideration of my day I asked for an additional sausage roll instead of the original two the lady told me "No that's okay" and ran my card and passed me the bag with the two sausage rolls and the one donut. After reading 1 star reviews from people upset they were out, (which how can you be upset at a place that is so good they run out?! #karens) I went at 630 and I'm so glad I did. We got cinnamon twist, lemon, frosted twist, glazed, blueberry, apple fritter and donut holes. Oh my gosh they didn't disappoint!! The blueberry was the best blueberry donut I've ever had. So moist so flavorful of real blueberries. The apple fritter was our 2nd favorite. So loaded with soft, cinnamon coated apples. Then the lemon filled. Good Lord they were amazing! So it been a while since I bought doughnuts but on June 28th at 7:20am at yonko donuts for six half a dozen and dozen donut holes I got charged not only the wrong price that the lady told me but she first charge me $5.50 then went to $6.95 then looking on my bank statement it says $7.15 so again I know it's been a while since I got donuts but is it really a dollar a piece at your local donut shops I feel I was overcharged by a couple dollars and because it was the first thing in the morning they choose not correct it sad to say I'll be avoiding donut shop for a while I'll just choose to take my business up the road and get tacos in the morning like I...
