I love Donna's Donuts. I have been going there since they opened. However. Today I did not have a good experience. There were 4 employees there. One looked like she was filling Door Dash orders. Two, I couldn't tell were doing much of anything. One was working the counter. There were 2 customers ahead of me. I waited patiently while the employee filled the first order. The next customer was a woman with a small child. AS is usual the child was having a difficult time making up her mind. But that's OK, kids are that way. After some time other customer came in behind me. When the employee finished filling the little girl's order I was ready. The employee skipped right over me. Even my kids (we have 5) have all said they only want Donna’s Donuts. Example: Our 2 middle schoolers have brought a dozen donuts to share (for a class party), and they’ve told me that all the other kids ask where we got the donuts.
