I'm a Dutch bros fan and go pretty much everyday. I recently moved and I've been so disappointed with the shops by my house. Aside from a select few, the staff is not friendly...at all. No greeting, just a what can I get you. Twice now I've had my order taken in line and get to the window, no acknowledgement and the broistas are talking crap about one of the other broistas, then they just hand me my coffees don't say anything and that's that, no interaction 😑 I sat in line with 1 car ahead of me for 10 minutes, guy never got a drink... turns out it was the boyfriend of the broista and he was dropping off energy drinks... no apologies, nothing. Waited in line during merch drop, get to the front to get my coffee, she went to hand me drinks, and I said nope, those aren't mine, she then handed me other drinks, and I went to hand her the one back cause she said it was cocoa, I said no I ordered a strawberry mocha, and she said oh, yep, no, this is it... knowing damn well that wasn't it. I pulled off from the window, took a sip and turned around... when I went to the walk up window, I showed the gal the drink and she looked up the order, it was out in completely wrong... I have to watch them make my drink so I can remind them to add soft top, because half the time they would forget it, and one of the gals even made a joke about owing me money back for soft top cause she always forgets.

They REFUSE to open the 2nd lane, making cars wrap through the parking lot and cause their wait times to be beyond RIDICULOUS! 30 minutes wait times is insane. And walking to the window when the drive-through is backed up is even worse. The employees there need to be trained on how to greet their customers when they are busy. Today, I wasn't even greeted when I got to the window. No, sorry for the wait, nothing. Corporate needs to come train this location on how to use the 2nd lane and how to handle being busy. I will wait every time because Dutch Bros is the only place I buy my coffee, and I've been going since I lived I CA. This location does not show the Dutch Bros culture that so many loyal customers have come to love. If they provided better service, I wouldn't even be mad about the wait, but the employees give no indication that they even care. Can someone please do something about this location. And I know many more people who feel the exact same way I do.
Coffee is always amazing! BUT they need to open up the second lane and figure out how to direct the cars. The wait is ridiculous most days because they won't open the 2nd lane. This is the only one I've been to that has it closed ALL the time. This causes super long waits even when someone comes out to take your order, which is only half the time. Read moreIt’s with great regret to write this review, as I was looking forward to building business with our new local store in Saginaw/Fort worth. After amazing reviews from my personal business partners, I decided to give these guys a shot on opening weekend. I advised the (bro/barista) this was my first rodeo, I had never had their coffee before and I was an daily Starbucks drinker but willing to change. She questioned what my normal order at Starbucks was and I advised a white chocolate mocha with two pumps of vanilla. She told me great, they could definitely dupe that. I was given a hot chocolate 🤢 gross. I didn’t take more than a sip and drove across the street to the 7-11 gas station and threw it away. A few days later, I posted a recommendation on the local Dutch Bros Facebook post and an administrator emailed me with what I should order the next time. They also stated my next drink would be on them and they would email me a QR code. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I messaged them this past Monday questioning the QR code and was informed they had sent it again. This again, never happened. I’m disappointed. As a business owner myself, I learned very early to keep my word and satisfy every client to my ability. This was a complete and utter mistake on their end. I hope their business thrives here in Fort Worth but proper training on all circuits is warranted. No worries about sending a QR code, I am no longer interested in doing business with this company.
