I went to Chick-fil-A on February 13 around 5:15 in the afternoon it was pretty slow not a lot of people were parked not a lot of people in the drive-through I went and decided to do curbside. I ordered for my family to deluxe sandwiches combos, two original chicken sandwiches, and one 12 piece nugget. This comes out to be close to $30 I decided to use my redemption points to give me a discount. Normally they’re very good about making sure my order is right I never have to worry when I’m in a rush very polite young lady gave me my food everything seem to be in order and I left. Come to find out when I get home I am missing three of the five items I have. Their solution or policy is that I need to come back same day unfortunately I live a very busy life and I work two jobs I don’t have very much time in the day to run errands and turn right back around to be late for the next obligation I have because of their mistake. My other option is to receive vouchers That I can use to redeem the items I didn’t receive and these will be sent to me in the mail. I just wanted to come in the following day and pick up those items make it easy since I can’t come back but that’s not an option I have so if I wanted to come in tomorrow I will need to pay for my items that I could’ve just redeemed with my coupons. I do not feel like it is my responsibility as a consumer to go out of my way for a mistake your employees made. This is the only fast food establishment that I’m aware of that won’t allow the consumer to come back the following day. I don’t understand why there was no offer ever refund for the items I never received or the fact that I could receive my points back for the items I didn’t receive. I understand they’re probably thinking that I really did receive my items and I’m wasting their time. Oh by golly I am not wasting your time I will make sure everyone knows the experience that I had and how unsatisfied I am with their policies and I hope not all Chick-fil-A‘s that are franchised work under...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped by today around noon. We love ChicK-fil-a , after all who doesn’t? The food was great as usual, although we don’t usually eat at this location. When we got to the register, everyone was busy with the drive thru or making tea....as we stood there, more customers began to line up behind us. Finally one young lady who was a trainer , turned and said someone would be right with us. She later cam back and began by asking if we were dining in or take out. We dined in, she took our order and she began to fill out drinks, we could hear the Dr Pepper machine sputter and struggle to fill out first cup. As she completed the task , she placed a lid on the cup and sat it down in front of us. I saw the syrup running down the side , so I stepped over to the condiment counter and took a napkin to clean the cup as she filled the second cup, once she was finished , syrup down the side again, she began to attempt to wipe it clean with hand, I suggested she let me try it with the napkin. We sat down and waited for our order and noticed the drinks were flat, once another employee brought us our food, I asked if we could have different drinks since these were flat. Without a word , she left out food and removed out drinks. She returned later and left our new drinks, again without a word. The service just seemed odd, since aside from the great food, we always remember the great service that Chick-fil-a has. Maybe it’s just a bad day. Read moreSuper busy drive-thru double lane about 5:00. Young adult most likely teens directing traffic and taking orders. A turn-in is a bit sharp. I was in a full size truck F-150 so my turn radius is n't the best compared to smaller vehicles. Had a little bit of trouble making the initial left turn into the first line and they were several cars coming in immediately after me and the attendance there. We're super helpful and you know spotting my vehicle cuz I had it back up make like a three-point maneuver. Nor did they informed the drivers around me that it'd be best to give me a little bit of space so that I can complete the maneuver. So I was crowded. Not really the attendance fault per se. I feel like stuff like that would be a good thing to train and incorporate their duties. Not only would it make it easier. More convenient. It also improve safety and efficiency. The food was good. Consistent like it always is. Everything was fresh and hot. The price is standard. I feel like it's high but everything's high right now. What can you do? The service was good great when compared to most other fast food places. Especially you're that amount of traffic. Same time all the workers seemed. If not happy to be there. Not upset about it either and we're helpful and attentive.
