This was our second visit. We wanted to give the store another try, after our first attempt the weekend before ended with us not getting our correct order in the drive through. The side was missing from my wife's combo and my order was wrong all together. This attempt was worse. We went in the store so we could be sure we got the correct order. Again, all sides were missing. The kids meal had no fries and no drink. The 8 piece mixed had no rolls. My wife's combo again, had no sides. It took 4 attempts on that visit to finally get our order correct. I must also say that the manager on duty was not professional at all, and I do not believe he represents what you would want to be the face of your company. The girl helping us was super nice, but had a question about printing our receipt. When she asked the manager (older gentleman) for help, he said "What did you do?" in a scolding voice. He belittled her right in front of us. That alone was enough to ensure we will not return. We have tried to call twice to the location since out first visit to tell them to be more careful on drive thru orders, but no one ever answers. Also a bad experience.    Read moreI have been to this location during busy times and when I was the only customer in sight. It doesn't matter when I go I am disrupting their day some how and they will give me my order when they feel like it. Customer satisfaction, quality food and respecting others is not their priority. My order has been messed up more then once and this last time I went inside to have my drive through order fixed. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. 2 employees walked by and completely ignored me. I started saying hello, can someone come help me...no answer, saw a girl look at me and hide behind a corner. I yelled ma'am can I please have some help in the front...still ignored. A girl came out of the bathroom and I had to get her attention as she tried running behind the counter. She went to the back to fix the sandwich I ordered and was talking and looking for head phones in her purse. I waited another 5 minutes before getting my sandwich and left. I do not think a manager monitors the employees and if they do the manager is clearly not qualified.    Read moreI visit this location almost every week. 9/10 times my order is wrong(I still kept going because this location is the closest one to my home). On Sep. 3 I ordered a family size meal through Uber Eats(of 10 Chickens, 2 lg sides, extra bread). Instead I was delivered some chicken tenders and some gravy(with no receipt in the bag). When I called the restaurant to let them know, I was told to come by on my spare time, and they will give me the correct order. When I did show up today(on Sep.10). They 1. Lied to me that Iâm at the wrong restaurant( I had to check my precise location on Google, and show the Uber Eats receipt to prove that Iâm at the âright locationâ. 2. Denied that whole thing ever happened(I had to show my Uber Eats receipt details, and my phone record showing that I talked to someone at this location). 3. Was told that manager canât speak english, and the staff all ran off to kitchen, and started to ignore me(and other customers who were also angry for getting the wrong order, and being ignored). In fact, I see angry customers almost every time when Iâm there. This location is getting actively ruined by incompetent staff. There is no hope unless the whole staff...
