Fort Worth Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Can someone explain to the drive through that a plain glazed donut is not a dry cake donut? I mean, I saw the confusion on her face, but since I ordered more of those than anything I figured she knew what I was asking for. Unfortunately that left me with most of my order being wrong. So simple, but a huge mistake. I guess next time I'll omit the word plain, but that, to me, is the very definition of a regular glazed donut. How do other people order it? I'm open to it being my fault, but all the same it was a bad situation.

Also everyone before me got a box and I ordered a dozen and mine were all in bags, so the chocolate ones were ruined once taken out of the bags. I feel like...

The donuts are warm and fresh but the owner is so rude. Please watch out when you pay with your debit or credit card because she tried over charging me and when i caught it she got made and started screaming at me in front of other customers and the crazy part is that i wasn't even rude to her i tried showing her from my mobile app so she got mad because i was confronting her and proving that what she was doing. She continued yelling until i started yelling back and i told her i wasn't her child she had no right to yell at me, so since i started yelling back she calmed down. I told her i would never go back...

I travel from Arlington to get these fresh buttery sausage rolls. The donuts are also served warm and sweet no matter the time I come during my morning commute after I drop off my nephew to school. And service is always served with a smile. I'll drive the extra distance for this food and service. I can't get this type of food served this way anywhere else in the metroplex.
