Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Didn't care for the food / service. I ordered a chicken taco with no feta cheese (as it makes me sick) to go. Got in the car, bit into the taco, and low & behold... feta cheese. I was in a hurry, thus to go. I took it back, explained the dissatisfaction and asked for a different item without feta cheese twice. The cashier took it back & told the food preparer to remake it. When she gets back, I explained again that I didn't want the same item. She became upset, said "I already told them to remake it", hurried to the back & yelled "stop making the taco". She threw both arms up saying "now she wants something different". A different female approached & asked what the problem was.

I explained to her that I told the other female twice I wanted something else. I'm trying to limit the confusion since they can't seem to get the order right. She had to let me know that there will be an upcharge after I told her I'd pay the difference being a totally different item. They were just rude and unprofessional. My first time visiting this establishment & my last. 1st off.. it isn't my fault for THEM getting my order incorrect, 2nd for the associate not listening to me wanting to change my order twice, & 3rd for the 2nd lady (I assume the manager as she was dressed differently, but never gave her position) telling me of the "upcharge" after I said I'd pay the difference. I should have requested my money back & be done. Oh well, lesson learned.

So check it out. I’m assuming the new older woman at the counter is new because my boyfriend and I came in for lunch. I was craving a margarita and when I saw the new “trop everything rita” I was super excited. So first things first - I ask this woman for an order of chips & queso and she literally looks at me like I kicked her dog. She goes “you had one?” (Like you’ve seen me standing in line for the past 5 minutes, what???) “no mam we want to order one.” Oh ok. So then I ask for a trop everything Rita and she’s like uhhhhh I said it’s being advertised all over the store & she does “I have no idea what that is” hmmm ok well can I have a mango margarita on ice? SERIOUSLY looks at me like I’m crazy. So I’m aggravated by now and I’m like just give me a dos XX. so my boyfriend wants to get our drinks, I sit down bc I’m so fkn confused as to why FUZZYS of all places would but someone at the counter TO TAKE ORDERS THAT DOESNT KNOW WHATS ON THE MENU. do y’all train your employees or nah? My boyfriend ends up going to get our food & asks for the manager to just confirm if they have the trop everything margarita right and they’re like well yeah why? REALLY. anyway long story more dramatic short is the managers took care of us. But next time y’all - plz train your employees b4 putting them to take orders. Food always 5...

This place needs some serious re training on what good health practices are! Cashier got back to kitchen and gets refried beans and puts cheese on top without ever washing her hands or wearing gloves. (contaminated cheese) Then a couple of employees kids run to kitchen and touch everything. Then a woman walks in from dining room to kitchen and didn't wash her hands and starts making burritos, no cloves then grabs lettuce and cheese. Again all of this without as much as washing hands or using gloves. Kitchen looks dirty and disorganized.A young man walks into kitchen and fulls up chips and takes to cash register also no gloves or washed hands. Patio unkept and loaded with flies. All this is what we can see, wonder what we can't see?

Now the food review... My burrito was so wet that as soon as I opened it it fell apart. The rice had other unidentifiable items mixed in it. The potatoes old and cold. You're using a MICROWAVE to melt the cheese on my beans!!!! If the beans were hot that would not be needed! The health department would have a field day here. No one visibly in command. Don't you realize that your kitchen is open to public viewing and we are watching?????? No shortage of Mexican places to go to. This place will not get my return business. Clean...
