So, today I went through the drive-thru & ordered two tacos &. a drink. I looked in my bag to make sure I had exactly what I ordered (2) taco drove off. I decided too eat while I was driving because I was really hungry & my first taco was literally broken into 3 pieces didn’t think to take a picture so I made it do what it do and ate the crumbled taco. As I reached into my bag & thinking I hope the other one wouldn’t be broken & sure enough it was. I was so disappointed & I did get a photo of the second one. I also called & asked for a manger the gentleman that answered said he wasn’t the manager but, he could help me. I proceeded to tell him what had occurred in asked if I would like to come back I replied no I’m all the way home. But, I would never visit this location ever again. How can you not know that you had broken 2 tacos & still serve them is beyond me. Poor customer satisfaction a wasted 8bucks I’m pissed
So I made another visit to Taco Casa this evening remind you the food has always been good but, some of the things I’ve experienced is not right. Like today in the drive thru I noticed the female employee that was preparing the food had her cell phone propped up on the food line & scrolling on Facebook with gloves on. I couldn’t get a photo but, I thought I would share this & maybe the owner will see this review & put a stop to this. It’s very unsanitary to handle customers food while touching your phone with gloves on....
Read moreEverywhere you go today the menu price has nearly doubled what it was a few years ago. Here is one of the biggest reason I see causing such price hikes. I visited this Taco Casa where I ordered 4 chiladas. The chilada already comes with an excessive amount of sauce. When I received my order included was 26 taco sauce packages. This after I had even said I wanted none. They did fail to include the forks that are necessary for eating this item. How hard would it be for an employee to ask the customer if they even want any and how many. That small effort would eliminate the bulk of waste. Not to mention more waste in our dumps since the majority of consumers are just going to throw it in trash. Not sure if this is a management issue or an employee issue, maybe both. Most restaurant s have bonus programs for management and food cost directly impact that bonus. So you would think that manager would want to stop that ppractice. Myself , I wont throw it away, instead I will go back into the restaurant and hand it to the manager. They will do one of two things, either throw it away or put it back later handing it out too other customers. How many of those packets did...
Read moreI love taco casa, and I have never had to leave any TC a bad review! BUT, we pulled through the drive thru and sat there and no one came through the speaker. We pulled up to the window and the skinny white guy with no name tag was extremely rude and unprofessional. “Can I help you?” With a tone of frustration. We mentioned that the speaker doesn’t work so we wanted to place our order. Instead of just taking our order, he decides to argue there’s nothing wrong with the speaker. Then he said “JUST HURRY and order it’s cold” then Some girl comes up behind him and says “our speaker system works fine.” Okay, so we place an order for a MEAT burrito and crunchy taco… He again reiterates “for your information, our speaker system works fine!” At this point we don’t really care of it works, we just want food. We drive off, and realized they gave me a BEAN burrito instead. If he had been less concerned with rushing us, and actually listened maybe my order would’ve been right.
So from beginning to end, horrible experience! If you don’t want to work in customer service,...
