Ibarra's Tortilleria — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I wanted to try this Restaurant. Was highly recommended. I place an order for delivery and was charged for more than $55.00 no problem there, but after ordering and charged my bank the total for my food order, I received a text that they don't delivered to my Address. They should have stated this when ordering, like other Restaurants, do. I called and cancel my order right after receiving the text and demand for a refund, I. Was told by Restaurant employee or owner, that order can be canceled but the charges were done by GRUBHUB, that they don't get pay right away, that GRUBHUB gets pay first, I, immediately call GRUBHUB. CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY WHERE UNABLE TO HELP ME, THEY TRANSFER MY CALLED TO A SUPERVISOR.🤯, AND WAS TOLD THEY CAN NOT STOP THE CHARGES BUT WILL REFUND MY MONEY, IN LESS THAN 5 WORKING DAYS,🥶, well its been more than 5 working days: and no refund, GRUBHUB SHOULDN'T, HAVE NOT CHARGE ANYTHING, ONE'S, BECOUSE THEY STATED THEY COULDN'T DELIVER. 2ND, THEY NEW FOOD ORDER WAS CANCEL. I, WILL NEVER EVER WILL BE ORDERING...

I don't normally post reviews but I visted this place Sat (08/23) after viewing on tiktok. I drove from Frisco, Tx to in my opinon an "over priced" restuarant. I spent $70 for a variety of things. I bought tamales, gorditas, tacos, and menudo. I must say the pork tamles were on point for me. Yet, I wasn't happy w/ the chicken tamales had no flavor. I was really upset because by the time i got to the car I went straight to the gordita that was so soggy from all the flavorless carne guisada that it was filled with. The biggest disappointment was finally getting home and getting to the menudo. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning and trimming the meat but there was so much fat I had to retrim and heat and add my own pesole because I received none. As well, as I did not receive the 2 handmade flour tortillas, half a lime, jalapenos nor the onion as was advertised on their sign. So, disappointed I drove an hour away for $70 worth of food just thrown together. Please, do a better...

Any food I have gotten from here it's been delicious. It's pretty close to where I live and I still have ordered through doordash so the price is going to be a little bit more than just walking over there. Barbacoa they do sell by the pound and that's my number one 10. It is definitely better than some that I have gotten from other places here in the past for some reason some of these other plays can't get it right but they've gotten it pretty good I mean to me now after the rest. delicious. Pretty good tortillas definitely buy the packs over there when you're there. I have gotten other food there other items other menu items and it's been those have been delicious I can't name them right now because it's been awhile but anything I've gotten number one it's definitely been better than other places.
